【摘要】 为了让综合保税区运营平台公司紧跟国家改革开放深化脚步、适应国际经贸形式发展变化,根据内陆发达地区综合保税区发展特点,参考中新合作区发展模式,梳理总结综合保税区发展运营经验,向中西部地区综合保税区输出管理经验和管理模式,实现中西部地区综合保税区的快速发展。同时,抓住当下国内自由贸易试验区、海南自由贸易港、RCEP等发展机遇,不断提升综合保税区运营平台企业核心竞争力,探索综合保税区平台运营公司实现科学运营、自我造血道路,实现运营企业的长期稳定发展。首先,要具体分析HG物流公司的发展现状,经营业务情况,运用战略管理相关理论知识对公司经营情况进行分析,尤其是公司管理输出业务的内外部环境需要进行充分的系统分析。同时,要结合国家对综合保税区、自由贸易试验区相关发展的政策,以及国内每个地区综合保税区的发展现状,分析出HG物流公司管理输出业务的发展策略和竞争优势,制定HG物流公司管理输出业务的发展策略。其次,本文还将对当前国内综合保税区运营平台公司共同的发展难点和瓶颈进行系统的论述,并结合国家对综合保税区的发展方向和要求,总结出应对的策略,从而为HG物流公司管理输出业务提供更明确的方向。最后,希望能够将国内首个综合保税区平台运营公司—HG物流公司,在受国家对外开放政策不断发展变化影响下,主营业务也需要跟随转型升级,通过不断地优化自身原有业务和开拓新业务,从而实现阶段性的发展目标,最终实现战略性发展目标,为HG物流公司的长远发展奠定坚实的基础,也为国内综合保税区平台运营公司经营发展提供案例支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to make comprehensive free trade zone operation platform for companies with countries to deepen the reform and opening steps,to adapt to changes in forms of international economic and trade development,Based on the characteristics of comprehensive free trade zone development inland developed areas,the reference China-Singapore cooperation zone development model,conclusion comprehensive free trade zone development experience,comprehensive free trade zone to the Midwest region output management experience and management pattern to the comprehensive free trade zone of Central and Western Regions,realize the rapid development of comprehensive free trade zone of Central and Western Regions.Meanwhile,seize the present domestic development opportunity of Free Trade Zone、Yangshan special comprehensive free trade zone、Hainan Free Trade Port、RCEP etc,enhance the core competitiveness of comprehensive free trade zone’s operating platform,to explore the comprehensive free trade zone platform operating companies to realize scientific operation、“self hematopoietic”road,achieve long-term and stable development of operating companies.First,we must analyze the development status of HG logistics company and analyze the internal operating conditions and the external environment through scientific analysis,especially in the internal and external environment of the company’s business management output requires full system analysis.Meanwhile,we should be combined with national policies on the development of comprehensive bonded zones and free trade zones,and the development situation of each region comprehensive free trade zone in China,analysis of HG company management output business development strategy and competitive advantage,develop the development strategy of HG logistics company’s management output business.Secondly,this paper will besystematic and detailed discussion common development difficulties and bottlenecks of domestic comprehensive free trade zone operating platform companies.Summed up the response strategies to provide more clear direction of output management business.Finally,hopes to HG logistics company operating company,as the first domestic comprehensive free trade zone platform development for national policy changes,its business also needs to transformation and upgrading,through continuous optimization of the development of their business,the development of the phased target,finally realizes the strategic development goal,lay the solid foundation for the long-term development of HG logistics company.更多还原
