【摘要】 据数据推算,我国心智障碍人数保守估计达1000万人,实际就业率不足2%。在社会工作领域,既有认知康复、社会支持、家庭赋能等视角有效阐释了社会工作对心智障碍群体的干预径路,但不同视角的研究均对其就业创业服务议题关注不足。与此同时,因心智障碍者需要终身康复,部分家庭,父母一方必须放弃工作,导致心智障碍家庭(后文也称“心家庭”)面临精神、经济双重压力。家庭面临危机的同时,以家庭为单位的自主就业或创业则成为促进其经济恢复的一大可行路径。鉴于此,结合实习经历,本文利用访谈法和参与式观察法,以C市X机构推动心智障碍家庭创业的服务过程为基础资料,探讨在心智障碍家庭创业场域,一线社工机构的行动策略。在理论框架层面,本文借助Timmons创业过程模型和社会网络视角来理解心智障碍家庭创业服务过程。同时呈现X社会工作机构心家庭创业服务的行动历程,解释其行动策略,分析其服务困境,并尝试给出服务提升回应。研究发现,X机构介入心智障碍服务的服务历程,呈现为社交康复-家长志愿者联动服务-心智障碍家庭联合创业三个阶段。为帮扶心家庭创业,X机构分别从机会、团队和资源网络三方面施加行动策略。在此过程中,X机构在专业角色、市场力量平衡、内外资源整合及创业成果可持续运作方面面临挑战。研究认为,开展任务导向的专业培训,倡导包容性心智障碍家庭联合创业发展,多方资源整合,探索社会经济双重价值交互的可持续运作模式有助于实现服务水平的进一步提升。本文布局如下,第一章为绪论;第二章为关键概念及理论分析;第三章为X机构介入心家庭的服务历程;第四章为社会网络视角下X机构的行动策略分析;第五章为心家庭创业服务的现实困境及专业再探索;第六章为研究结论及讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The number of people with mental disabilities in my country is conservatively estimated to be 10 million,and the actual employment rate is less than 2%.In the field of social work,the perspectives of cognitive rehabilitation,social support,and family empowerment have effectively explained the intervention paths of social work for mentally handicapped groups,but studies from different perspectives have not paid enough attention to their employment and entrepreneurship service issues.At the same time,because people with mental disabilities need lifelong rehabilitation,in some families,one parent must give up work,resulting in mentally handicapped families(also referred to as "xin families" hereinafter)facing both mental and economic pressures.While families are facing a crisis,self-employment or entrepreneurship based on family units has become a feasible way to promote their economic recovery.In view of this,combined with the practice experience,this paper uses the interview method and participatory observation method to explore the action strategies of front-line social work organizations in the field of entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped families based on the service process of X institution in C city to promote the entrepreneurship of mentally handicapped families.At the level of theoretical framework,this paper uses the Timmons entrepreneurial process model and the perspective of social network to understand the entrepreneurial service process of mentally handicapped families.At the same time,it presents the action course of X social work agency’s family entrepreneurship service,explains its action strategy,analyzes its service dilemma,and tries to give a service improvement response.The study found that the service process of Institution X’s involvement in mentally handicapped services presented three stages: social rehabilitation-parent volunteer linkage services-mentally handicapped families’ joint entrepreneurship.In order to help families start their own business,X agency implements action strategies from three aspects: opportunity,team and resource network.During this process,Institution X faces challenges in terms of professional role,balance of market power,integration of internal and external resources,and sustainable operation of entrepreneurial results.The study believes that carrying out task-oriented professional training,advocating the joint entrepreneurial development of inclusive families with mental disabilities,integrating multiple resources,and exploring a sustainable operation mode of social and economic dual value interaction will help to further improve the service level.The layout of this paper is as follows,the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the key concepts and theoretical analysis;the third chapter is the service process of the X organization’s involvement in the family;the fourth chapter is the analysis of the X organization’s action strategy from the perspective of social network;Chapter 6 is the practical dilemma and professional re-exploration of the service of Xin’s family entrepreneurship;Chapter 6 is the research conclusion and discussion.更多还原
