【摘要】 良好的生态环境是人类发展的绿色屏障,是经济发展的环境基础,习近平多次强调,要像保护眼睛一样保护生态环境。党的十八届五中全会提出了建设健康中国的绿色发展理念,“十四五”规划再次提到要“推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生”。目前部分农村地区的生态环境问题仍然严重,而农民与自然关系的认知错位是造成这一问题的重要原因,所以必须以开展培育农民生态意识的活动为抓手,构建人与自然和谐相处的思想意识、伦理情感,从认识上改变他们与自然的错误关系。绿色发展理念旨在调解经济发展与生态环境保护之间的矛盾,协调经济、生态、社会三者之间的关系,解决人与自然和谐共生问题,内在包含培育农民生态意识的要求。因此,农民生态意识的培育需要绿色发展理念的指导,绿色发展理念也需要农民生态意识培育的践行,通过绿色发展理念的指导,培育农民生态意识,以此促进生态的可持续发展、经济的高质量发展、人类的永续发展。本文聚焦绿色生态理念指导下农民生态意识培育问题,从生态科学意识、生态忧患意识、生态价值意识以及生态责任意识角度来阐述农民生态意识的现实表现,分析了制约农民生态意识提升的法治、经济、文化和社会因素,并尝试提出相应的对策建议。文章主要包括四个部分,第一部分为绪论内容,主要介绍研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究思路、研究方法、创新之处与不足之处。第二部分为绿色发展理念与农民生态意识的相关概述。首先,介绍了绿色发展理念与农民生态意识的基本概念;其次,梳理了马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党人关于生态建设的思想;再次,阐述了绿色发展理念与农民生态意识培育的内在联系;最后从经济、社会群体角度分析农民生态意识培育的必要性。第三部分为绿色发展理念下农民生态意识培育的现状和制约因素分析。这部分在肯定农民对生态环境保护有基本认知并有所实践的基础上,重点分析农民生态意识有待提升的具体表现及其制约因素。第四部分为绿色发展理念下农民生态意识培育的对策建议。这部分围绕生态文明制度保障、绿色经济发展、生态文化氛围营造和生态践行体系构建等方面提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 A good ecological environment is a green barrier to human development and the environmental foundation of economic development.Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that it is necessary to protect the ecological environment like protecting the eyes.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of green development of building a healthy China.The 14 th five year plan once again mentioned the need to "promote green development and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature".Nowadays,the problem of rural ecological environment is becoming more and more serious,and the cognitive dislocation of the relationship between farmers and nature is an important reason for this problem.Therefore,we must start with the activities of Cultivating Farmers’ ecological consciousness,build the ideological consciousness and ethical emotion of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and change their wrong relationship with nature.The concept of green development aims to mediate the contradiction between economic development and ecological and environmental protection,coordinate the relationship between economy,ecology and society,and solve the problem of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,which includes the requirements of Cultivating Farmers’ ecological consciousness.Therefore,the cultivation of farmers’ ecological consciousness needs the guidance of the concept of green development,and the concept of green development also needs the practice of farmers’ ecological consciousness cultivation.Through the guidance of the concept of green development,farmers’ ecological consciousness is cultivated,so as to promote the sustainable development of ecology,the high-quality development of economy and the sustainable development of mankind.This paper focuses on the cultivation of farmers’ Ecological Consciousness under the guidance of green ecological concept,expounds the practical performance of farmers’ ecological consciousness from the perspective of ecological science consciousness,ecological hardship consciousness,ecological value consciousness and ecological responsibility consciousness,analyzes the legal,economic,cultural and social factors restricting the improvement of farmers’ ecological consciousness,and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The article mainly includes four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status,research ideas,research methods,innovations and deficiencies.The second part is an overview of the concept of green development and farmers’ ecological consciousness.Firstly,it introduces the concept of green development and the basic concepts of farmers’ ecological consciousness;Secondly,it combs the thoughts of Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communists on ecological construction;Thirdly,it expounds the internal relationship between the concept of green development and the cultivation of farmers’ ecological consciousness;Finally,it analyzes the necessity of Cultivating Farmers’ ecological consciousness from the perspective of economic and social groups.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and restrictive factors of farmers’ ecological consciousness cultivation under the concept of green development.This part affirms that farmers have a basic understanding and practice of ecological and environmental protection,and focuses on the specific manifestations and restrictive factors of farmers’ ecological consciousness to be improved.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of farmers’ Ecological Consciousness under the concept of green development.This part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions around the institutional guarantee of ecological civilization,the development of green economy,the construction of ecological cultural atmosphere and the construction of ecological practice system.更多还原
