【摘要】 随着城市的快速发展,人们对于生活环境的需求更加趋向多元化,对住区景观环境的要求也日益提高。近年来,部分住区景观存在着弱化生态、忽视文脉传承等一系列问题。寒地城市与其他地区相比具有冬季气候寒冷、日照时间短、风速较大的地域特征,这使得寒地城市住区的景观设计面临了更加严峻的挑战。本研究旨在以寒地城市视角出发,审视分析住区现存问题,提出寒地住区景观改造设计策略,以期在一定程度上弱化寒地城市特殊气候的负面影响,更加充分的利用寒地城市资源,改善寒地居民居住环境。论文分为五章对寒地住区景观改造设计进行论述,内容如下:第一章首先采用文献阅读与实地调研等方法进行资料收集与分析,阐述了寒地城市住区景观设计的研究背景及意义,并对国内外寒地城市居住区景观相关理论和实践现状进行整理,总结了国内外景观改造设计的先进经验与手段。第二章通过对寒地城市住区居民的景观需求进行分析,从文化、生态、功能、可参与性等角度出发提出了寒地城市住区景观现存的问题。第三章基于住区现存问题构建了场地弹性季节转化、融入寒地特色、可参与性景观营造等设计策略。第四章选择长春市居住区作为案例进行实证研究,并将其中的典型住区豪邦新月花园作为研究对象,依据设计策略制定了适宜该场地的景观改造方案。第五章对本次住区景观改造设计进行了总结,利用科学模拟对场地进行分析,顺应时代步伐,培养寒地住区居民对场地的归属感与依赖感,为同类型寒地住区的景观改造提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of cities,people’s demands for living environment tend to be more diversified,and the requirements for residential landscape environment are also increasing day by day.In recent years,some residential landscape has a series of problems such as weakening ecology and ignoring cultural heritage.Compared with other regions,cities in cold regions have the regional characteristics of cold winter climate,short sunshine duration and high wind speed,which makes the landscape design of urban settlements in cold regions face more severe challenges.This study aims to examine and analyze the existing problems of residential areas from the perspective of cities in cold regions,and put forward the landscape reconstruction design strategy of residential areas in cold regions,so as to weaken the negative impact of special climate of cities in cold regions to a certain extent,make full use of urban resources in cold regions,and improve the living environment of residents in cold regions.The paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the landscape reconstruction design of residential areas in cold regions,the content is as follows:In the first chapter,literature reading and field research were used to collect and analyze data,and the research background and significance of landscape design of urban residential areas in cold regions were elaborated.The relevant theories and practices of landscape design of urban residential areas in cold regions at home and abroad were sorted out,and the advanced experience and means of landscape renovation design at home and abroad were summarized.The second chapter analyzes the landscape needs of residents in urban residential areas in the cold region,and puts forward the existing problems of landscape in urban residential areas in the cold region from the perspectives of culture,ecology,function and participation.In chapter 3,based on the existing problems of the residential area,the design strategies of flexible seasonal transformation of the site,integration of the characteristics of the cold region,participatory landscape construction and so on are constructed.The fourth chapter chooses changchun residential area as a case for empirical research,and takes Haobang Crescent Garden,a typical residential area,as the research object,and according to the design strategy,makes a landscape reconstruction scheme suitable for this site.The fifth chapter summarizes the landscape reconstruction design of this residential area,analyzes the site with scientific simulation,conforms to the pace of The Times,and cultivates the sense of belonging and dependence of residents in cold residential area to the site,providing some reference for the landscape reconstruction of the same type of cold residential area.更多还原
