设计总包模式下大型项目协同设计管理的关键因素研究

【摘要】 随着我国建筑业的蓬勃发展,建筑设计技术不断得到更新,其中协同设计技术已在建筑设计过程中得以应用。协同设计主要是在协同工作环境中组织使用各种资料、资源,合理缩短设计周期,从而达到提升建筑设计工作效率的目的。但在协同设计的实践过程中也暴露出一些不足之处,尤其在大型项目的协同管理中显露的问题更为明显,其原因是因为大型项目在设计过程中面临着如建设规模大、技术复杂、协调参与主体多、质量与功能要求高的诸多影响因素,因此在大型项目中如何应用协同设计方法解决面临的诸多挑战,以实现项目建筑设计的高效管理变得尤为重要。然而目前建筑协同设计及其管理的成熟度不高,其应用尚需不断地研究与探索。近年来,建筑信息模型、装配式、虚拟现实等新兴技术的迅速发展,进一步推动了建筑协同设计的普及应用,建筑协同设计方法及管理已成为重要的研究方向。其中如何在建筑设计过程中以协同理念高效开展设计工作,以及对协同设计工作进行管理显得尤为关键。本研究首先通过对文献资料的总结分析初步得到设计总包模式下大型项目建筑协同设计管理的各主要影响因素,并对此进行分类标识。然后选定建筑协同设计相关领域的专家学者,对行业专家进行深入访谈,全面征询专家对设计总包模式下大型项目协同设计管理影响因素的意见与建议,从而确定协同设计管理的关键因素与构建了关键因素层级架构。其次采用专家打分法征询专家对设计总包模式下大型项目协同设计管理关键因素权重分析调查表的意见,建立关键因素层次结构模型,使用AHP层次分析法计算各因素权重与重要性程度,同时计算各层级关键因素的相对权重和各因素的组合权重,并分析各因素权重所代表的实际意义。最后引入C项目的实际工程案例对设计总包模式下大型项目协同设计管理效果做出相应说明,同时分析该案例存在的问题,并就此提出改进方法与建议。
【Abstract】 With the booming development of China’s construction industry,architectural design technology is constantly updated,among which co-design has been applied in the process of architectural design.In order to improve the efficiency of architectural design,co-design is mainly to organize resources in the collaborative process,reduce the design cycle reasonably.But in the practice of the collaborative design process also exposed some shortcomings,especially in large projects in collaborative management show problem is more apparent,the reason is that a large project in the design process is facing such as the construction of large scale,complex technology,coordinate the participation subject more,high quality and functional requirements of many influence factors,Therefore,how to apply collaborative design method to solve many challenges in large projects,in order to achieve efficient management of project architectural design becomes particularly important.However,at present,the maturity of architectural co-design and management is not high,and its application needs continuous research and exploration.In recent years,the rapid development of emerging technologies such as virtual reality,the building information model,prefabricated building,further promote the popularization of the collaborative design.The method of co-design and management has become an important direction to study.The efficiency of architectural design is decided by application of management and vision in co-design’s perspective.In this study,the main factors of co-design were defined and labelled by analysing various literature about the engineering procurement construction.Then,experts in related fields of architectural co-design were selected to attend in-depth interviews,and their opinions and suggestions on the influencing factors of co-design management about the engineering procurement construction were collected.Their opinions and suggestions would be used to establish framework of factor hierarchy and co-design management.Moreover,the hierarchical structure model of the main factors has been accomplished by experts’ perspectives which based on scoring method and results from term weighting analyse.After the main factor hierarchy model was set up,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate term weight factors and importance degree.At the same time,relative weight and combination weight of every hierarchy were calculated.The actual significance of the weight should be exposed and given after calculating.Finally,the practical engineering case of C project is introduced to explain the effect of project which accomplished by co-design management,analyzed problems in this case,and presented improvement methods and suggestions.
