【摘要】 水库移民是一个为国家水电工程建设作出贡献和牺牲的特殊群体。随着我国兴建了一大批大中型水库,出现了大量水库移民。对他们的补偿、补助和后期扶持,一直是人们关注和研究的重点。虽然我国在水库居民的搬迁工作上已经取得了很好的成效,比如三峡移民的安置。但不可否认的是仍然存在一些问题,突出表现为移民的归属感依然不强,他们与当地社会的融入存在障碍。如何有效地解决水库移民的社会融入问题,如何帮助水库移民解决生活、文化等方面实际困难,如何尽快减弱水库移民“外来人”观念、实现“本土化”。对这些问题的研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本论文以X区水库移民为案例研究对象,采用问卷调查法、案例研究法等方法收集一手资料,分析了X区水库移民在经济发展、社会关系、政治参与、文化心理方面的社会融入困境,并从资源、社会支持、政策制度、文化习俗四个方面剖析了困境形成的深层次原因。在此基础上,提出了提高移民经济收入、优化移民管理的机制、健全移民优惠政策体系、引入专业移民社会工作者等对策建议,以期为解决水库移民的社会融入和后续扶持问题提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reservoir immigration is a special group that made contributions and sacrifices to the construction of national hydropower projects.With the construction the wide array large and Medium-sized reservoirs in China,many reservoir immigrants appearing.How to compensate,subsidize and continuously support those immigrants has become a long-standing key point in people’s attention and research.Our country has achieved good results in the relocation of reservoir residents,such as the resettlement of the Three Gorges immigrants.However,it is undeniable that there are still some problems,the prominent problem is that immigrants still have a weak sense of belonging,there are difficult to integrate in to the local society.The research on how to effectively solve the social integration problem of reservoir immigrants,how to help reservoir immigrants solve practical difficulties in life and culture,and how to weaken the concept of "outsiders" of reservoir immigrants and realize "localization" as soon as possible has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the reservoir immigrants in Area X taken as the research object,and the primary data are collected by means of questionnaire and case study.This paper analyzes the social integration dilemma of reservoir immigrants in Area X in terms of economic development,social relations,political participation,and cultural psychology,according to which it locates the deep-seated reasons for the dilemma from four aspects of Resources,social support,policy system and cultural customs.On this basis,paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the economic income of immigrants,optimizing the mechanism of immigration management,perfecting the system of preferential policies for immigrants,and introducing professional migrant social workers.It is expected to provide reference for solving the problems of social integration and later stage support of reservoir immigrants.更多还原
