【摘要】 随着经济社会的发展进步,传统的以木材资源获取为主要目标的林业工程体系,正在向更广泛的范围拓展和延伸。森林旅游是适应人们现代生活需要而发展起来的,已成为人们休闲娱乐的重要组成部分。为了更好地发展森林旅游,需要在自然景观的基础上,建设必要的人工构造物,如照明设施、游憩步道建设等。在进行林区景观项目设计时,要从区域经济、资源利用、森林防火、旅游以及景观打造等方面进行充分考虑,以低成本、高质量为原则,来完成功能强、效益高的林区景观项目。首先,本研究通过阐述多学科理论的内容指导H林区景观照明提质项目的建设,丰富了林区景观建设领域的理论研究。文中以项目管理理论、绿色发展理论、景观照明设计理论等理论为指导,遵循系统论与整体论,对林区景观与森林旅游、林业工程与项目管理的产生与发展历程脉络作出系统梳理研究,旨在探索现代项目管理理论在林区景观建设中的应用,丰富林区景观建设领域的理论研究内容。其次,本研究为优化林区景观建设项目的时间与成本管理提供相应的策略建议,推进了林区景观建设的项目管理研究。文中对林区景观照明提质项目管理的研究背景及意义进行综述,接着就H林区景观照明提质项目范围进行分析,运用工作分解结构方法明确组织了项目建设的各项活动,再通过网络图和甘特图实现项目时间管理探寻项目时间与成本管理的内在成因、剖析实质,进而从强化过程管理、优化资源管理两个方面提出解决措施。第三,本研究可以为同类工程的项目管理提供有效借鉴作用。文中以挣值管理方法对H林区景观照明提质项目预算成本和时间计划的横道图进行结合管理,论证了 H林区景观照明提质项目执行过程中的成本没有出现超支,表现为略有节约;进度也没有出现滞后,而是略有超前。认证了 EVM方法只要抓住关键内容管理就可以确保H林区景观照明提质项目时间与成本管理不失控,保证了项目的按时完成。林区景观建设是林业经济建设的重要组成部分,也是国民经济的有益补充。因此,在开展林区景观项目前,必须从项目管理的角度把林区景观项目建设的现状、范围、方法等各个层面进行全面系统的分析,为项目决策提供科学的依据。本文研究成果有助于为林区景观项目建设的决策提供全面系统的依据,避免项目建设决策的盲目性,并服务于地方经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development and progress of economy and society,the traditional forestry engineering system with the acquisition of wood resources as the main goal is expanding and extending to a wider range.Forest tourism is developed to meet the needs of people’s modern life,and has become an important part of people’s leisure and entertainment.In order to better develop forest tourism,it is necessary to build necessary artificial structures on the basis of natural landscape,such as lighting facilities,recreational trail construction and so on.When designing forest landscape projects,we should fully consider the regional economy,resource utilization,forest fire prevention,tourism and landscape construction,and complete the forest landscape projects with strong functions and high benefits based on the principle of low cost and high quality.First of all,this study has enriched the theoretical research in the field of forest landscape construction by elaborating the content of multidisciplinary theory to guide the construction of H forest landscape lighting quality improvement project.Guided by project management theory,green development theory,landscape lighting design theory and other theories,and following the system theory and holism,this paper systematically combs and studies the emergence and development process of forest landscape and forest tourism,forestry engineering and project management,in order to explore the application of modern project management theory in forest landscape construction and enrich the theoretical research content in the field of forest landscape construction.Secondly,this study provides corresponding strategic suggestions for optimizing the time and cost management of forest landscape construction projects,and promotes the project management research of forest landscape construction.This paper summarizes the research background and significance of forest landscape lighting quality improvement project management,then analyzes the scope of forest landscape lighting quality improvement project in H forest region,uses the work breakdown structure method to clearly organize various activities of project construction,and then realizes project time management through network diagram and Gantt chart to explore the internal causes and essence of project time and cost management,so as to strengthen process management Propose solutions from two aspects of optimizing resource management.Third,this study can provide an effective reference for the project management of similar projects.In this paper,the earned value management method is used to manage the bar chart of the budget cost and time plan of the landscape lighting quality improvement project in H forest region,and it is demonstrated that there is no cost overrun in the implementation of the landscape lighting quality improvement project in H forest region,which is a slight saving;The progress is not lagging behind,but slightly ahead of schedule.The EVM method is certified.As long as the key content management is grasped,the time and cost management of the landscape lighting quality improvement project in H forest region can not be out of control,and the project can be completed on time.Forest landscape construction is not only an important part of forestry economic construction,but also a beneficial supplement to the national economy.Therefore,before carrying out the forest landscape project,we must comprehensively and systematically analyze the current situation,scope and methods of forest landscape project construction from the perspective of project management,so as to provide a scientific basis for project decision-making.The research results of this paper will help to provide a comprehensive and systematic basis for the decision-making of forest landscape project construction,avoid the blindness of project construction decision-making,and serve the local economy.更多还原
