【摘要】 党的十八大以来国家就十分重视我国传统文化的传承发展,而古籍又是我国传统文化的重要载体。我国省级公共图书馆历来收藏有丰富的古籍善本文献,随着国家古籍政策的施行,各省级公共图书馆也大力推动古籍普查和保护,推进古籍数字化和数据库建设。然而尽管被认为是天堂的模样,读者也常常只将图书馆看作是一个看书自习的地方。但古籍保护利用写进政府文件,《关于推进新时代古籍工作的意见》的发布表明,图书馆乘着传统文化的大浪潮又将迎来新的发展。在此背景下,本文拟就我国现阶段的古籍资源开发工作实际,开展面向省级公共图书馆和用户两方面的调研,探索影响用户利用古籍资源与服务的影响因素,探寻未来省级公共图书馆应当重点发展的方向。本文以我国31家省级公共图书馆为研究对象,结合文献调查法、网络调查法、问卷调查法和内容分析等方法,以供需适配性理论为支撑进行调研分析:一是对我国古籍开发利用的政策环境进行调研,以了解古籍政策的发展历程;二是对我国31家省级公共图书馆古籍资源开发与服务情况进行调研,了解图书馆现状;三是通过问卷调查和网络调查的方法,收集用户需求数据,为分析用户满意度及其影响因素做准备。最后,结合我国省级公共图书馆和用户的供需现状,从相关性、可达性、质量和相适性四个层面展开,对当前我国省级公共图书馆古籍开发和服务工作存在的不足进行广泛讨论并提出相应的改进措施。本研究从供需适配的视角展开。首先,我国省级公共图书馆馆藏资源丰富,能够支撑古籍开发利用工作的开展,通过调研发现,各省级公共图书馆参与国家古籍保护整理和数字化工作已经取得了十分重要的成就,古籍开发的基础性工作已十分完善,但对比大量实体资源,古籍数字化工作还需继续深入,而对比丰富的数据库资源,古籍活动和产品的开发就显得捉襟见肘。再次,通过问卷调查和网络调查发现,古籍用户能力的大小对其满意度有着显著影响,而资源规模、质量高低、是否易得、是否适用等也极大影响着用户的感受。综合调研和分析后提出以下几点建议:对标同类产品,创造独特优势、降低使用门槛,回归阅读本身、拓展创新边界,主动扩大开放、细分开发深度,迎合不同需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of China’s traditional culture,and ancient books are an important carrier of China’s traditional culture.With the implementation of the national ancient book policy,the provincial public libraries have also vigorously promoted the census and protection of ancient books,and promoted the digitization of ancient books and the construction of databases.However,despite being considered a paradise,readers often see the library only as a place to read and study.However,the protection and utilization of ancient books has been written into government documents,and the release of the "Opinions on Promoting the Work of Ancient Books in the New Era" shows that libraries will usher in new developments by riding the tide of traditional culture.In this context,this paper intends to carry out research on the actual development of ancient book resources in China at this stage,conduct research on both provincial public libraries and users,explore the influencing factors affecting users’ use of ancient book resources and services,and explore the direction in which provincial public libraries should focus on development in the future.This paper takes 31 provincial public libraries in China as the research object,combines the literature survey method,the network survey method,the questionnaire survey method and the content analysis method,and conducts research and analysis with the support of the theory of supply and demand adaptability:first,the policy environment for the development and utilization of ancient books in China is investigated to understand the development process of the ancient book policy;the second is to investigate the development and service of ancient book resources in 31 provincial public libraries in China to understand the current situation of the library;the third is to collect user demand data through questionnaire survey and network survey method.Prepare for the analysis of user satisfaction and its influencing factors.Finally,combined with the current supply and demand situation of provincial public libraries and users in China,from the four levels of relevance,accessibility,quality and appropriateness,the shortcomings in the development and service of ancient books in China’s provincial public libraries are widely discussed and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.This study is conducted from the perspective of supply and demand adaptation.First of all,China’s provincial public library collection resources are rich,can support the development and utilization of ancient books,through the investigation and found that the provincial public libraries to participate in the national ancient book protection and collation and digitization work has made very important achievements,the basic work of ancient book development has been very perfect,but compared with a large number of physical resources,ancient book digitization work still needs to continue to deepen,and compared with the rich database resources,the development of ancient book activities and products is stretched.Third,through questionnaire surveys and online surveys,it was found that the size of the ability of users of ancient books has a significant impact on their satisfaction,while the scale of resources,the quality of resources,and whether they are easy to obtain also affect user feelings.After comprehensive research and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:benchmark similar products,create unique advantages,reduce the threshold of use,actively expand openness,subdivision and development depth,and cater to different needs.更多还原
