【摘要】 非物质文化遗产是中华文明的重要体现,是中华优秀传统文化传承弘扬的活态形式。保护好、传承好、弘扬好是全社会对非物质文化遗产义不容辞的神圣职责。黄河流域的非物质文化遗产,就是黄河文化的“活化石”,是中华民族自强不息品格的重要载体,是中华民族坚定文化自信的形象代表。黄河孕育了“塞上江南”宁夏,这里素有“天下黄河富宁夏”的美誉,可以说宁夏因黄河而生、因黄河而兴,富集于黄河流域宁夏段的传统技艺、传统美术等非物质文化遗产历久弥新、特色鲜明、影响深远。黄河流域宁夏段非物质文化遗产资源富集,形式多样,但对其保护性旅游开发的研究还比较少。因此,本文以国内外关于非物质文化遗产保护性旅游研究成果为基础,通过田野调查和深度访谈全面掌握黄河流域宁夏段非遗资源的概况,然后从实际出发,运用德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等方法构建了非遗保护性旅游开发价值评价体系并对宁夏国家级非物质文化遗产保护性旅游开发价值进行评价,进而提出了黄河流域宁夏段非遗保护性旅游开发的原则、模式、机制和对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intangible cultural heritage is an important embodiment of Chinese civilization and a living form for the inheritance and promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Protecting,inheriting and promoting intangible cultural heritage is the sacred duty of the whole society.The intangible cultural heritage of the Yellow River Basin is the "living fossil" of the Yellow River culture,an important carrier of the Chinese nation’s self-improvement character,and an image representative of the Chinese nation’s firm cultural confidence.The Yellow River gave birth to Ningxia,the "upper reaches of the Yangtze River",which is known as "the Yellow River in the world enriches Ningxia".It can be said that Ningxia was born and prospered because of the Yellow River.The intangible cultural heritage,such as traditional skills and traditional art,enriched in the Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin,has a long history,distinctive characteristics and far-reaching impact.The intangible cultural heritage resources in Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin are rich and diverse,but there is little research on its protective tourism development.Therefore,based on the research results of intangible cultural heritage conservation tourism at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively grasps the general situation of intangible cultural heritage resources in Ningxia section of the Yellow River Basin through field investigation and in-depth interviews,and then from reality,applies Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods have constructed the evaluation system of the development value of intangible cultural heritage conservation tourism,evaluated the development value of Ningxia national intangible cultural heritage conservation tourism,and then put forward the principles,modes,mechanisms and Countermeasures of the development of intangible cultural heritage conservation tourism in Ningxia section of the yellow River Basin.更多还原
