【摘要】 随着网络信息技术与思想政治教育的融合程度日益加深,“微思政”育人模式应运而生,成为新时代背景下高校思想政治教育创新发展的新样态。开展新时代的高校“微思政”育人模式研究,既是为了适应互联网背景下的社会发展趋势,也是基于对新时代大学生的新特点和当前高校思想政治教育发展现状的现实审视,以及党和国家大政方针政策的引导。“微思政”是基于新时代的社会发展要求和受教育者的特点需求,通过借助微博、微信、抖音和QQ等微媒介技术或载体,以精准聚焦的内容和短小精悍的表现形式,有组织、有意识、有计划的对教育对象施加影响,使其在潜移默化的过程中自觉接受并主动践行正确的价值观念和道德规范,从而实现既定思想政治教育目标的一种新型教学模式和育人理念。新时代的高校“微思政”育人模式的生成和发展有着坚实的理论基础和鲜明的价值导向。马克思主义人学理论和交往理论为高校“微思政”育人模式提供了最直接的理论来源和强有力的理论支撑,经济学中的长尾理论、教育学中的教育技术理论同样对高校“微思政”育人模式的实践具有重要的理论指导作用;与此同时,新时代的高校“微思政”育人模式始终立足于“以人为本”的出发点和落脚点,坚持“立德树人”的根本立场,体现出鲜明的价值导向和深厚的价值情怀。从新时代高校“微思政”育人模式生成和发展的背景来看,其历史背景在于高校“微思政”育人模式建设的政策演变和实践探索,现实背景在于传统思想政治教育模式面临的现实困境,技术背景在于现代信息技术为高校“微思政”育人模式提供了技术支撑和现实可能。高校“微思政”育人模式覆盖领域广泛、涉及内容丰富、表现形式多样,是涵盖高校思想政治教育全过程的有机统一整体。就其内容而言,高校“微思政”育人模式主要包括思想引领、党团建设、在线学习、管理服务和队伍矩阵五个部分;与此同时,高校“微思政”育人模式相较于传统思想政治教育模式而言优势显著,其基本特征主要体现在教育话语的丰富性和流变性、教育方法的具象化和精准化、教育内容的聚焦性和隐喻性、教育效果的渐显性和潜隐性四个方面。新时代背景下,高校构建“微思政”育人模式,思想政治教育者要在坚持正确的政治方向的基础上,以互联网思维为引导,突出问题意识和实践导向,结合当前高校在“微思政”育人模式建设方面的现状,从加强阵地建设、优化教育内容、转变交往形式、创新传播过程、优化文化生态等宏观和微观多个维度展开,探索新时代高校“微思政”育人模式的优化和改进路径,不断提升高校思想政治工作的精准性和有效性、影响力和亲和力,进而实现既定的思想政治教育目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening integration of network information technology and ideological and political education,"micro-ideological and political" education mode has emerged and become a new shape of ideological and political education in colleges under the background of the New Era.Conducting the research of "micro-ideological and political" education mode of the New Era is not only to meet the social development trend of Internet,but also based on the realistic review of the new characteristics of college students and the current development of ideological and political education in universities,as well as the guidance of the general policies of the Party and the state."Micro-ideological and political" is a new teaching mode and educational concept which is based on the requirements of social development and the characteristics of educated people,with the help of micro-media technology such as Weibo,WeChat,Tik Tok and QQ,etc.,it can influence the education objects in an organized,purposeful and planned way with the precise and focused contents,short and concise forms,so they can accept and practice the correct values and moral codes actively in the process of implicitly,and finally to realize the established goals.The generation and development of "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges of the New Era has a solid theoretical foundation and distinct value orientation.Marxist anthropological theory and interaction theory provide the most direct theoretical source and strong theoretical support for it,while the long tail theory in economics and educational technology theory in education also provide important theoretical guidance for it.At the same time,the "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges of the New Era has always been based on the starting point and ending point of "people-oriented",adhered to the fundamental position of "building morality and cultivating people",which reflected distinct value orientation and profound value feelings.From the perspective of the generation and development background of "microideological and political" education mode in colleges of the New Era,it’s historical background lies in the policy evolution and practical exploration of the construction of "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges,it’s realistic background lies in the practical difficulties faced by the traditional ideological and political education mode,and the technology background lies in the fact that Internet technology provides technical support and realistic possibility for it.The "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges covers a wide range of fields,involves rich content,and diverse expressions.It is an organic unified whole covering the entire process of college ideological and political education,which mainly includes five parts of ideological leadership,party and group construction,online learning,management service and team matrix.Compared with the traditional ideological and political education mode,the "micro-ideological and political" education mode has significant advantages,its basic features are mainly reflected in the richness and fluidity of educational discourse,the concretization and precision of educational methods,the focus and metaphor of educational contents,and the gradualness and latency of educational effects.In the context of the New Era,in order to build "micro-ideological and political" education mode,colleges educators should adhere to the correct political direction,take Internet thinking as the guidance,highlight the problem consciousness and practice orientation,and combine the current situation of the construction of the "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges,strengthen the construction of positions,optimize the content of education,change the form of communication,innovate the carrier of communication,and optimize the cultural ecology,to explore the improvement path of "micro-ideological and political" education mode in colleges of the New Era,so as to enhance the relevance and effectiveness,influence and affinity of the ideological and political work in colleges,and achieve the established goals of ideological and political education.更多还原
