【摘要】 现如今国内的新冠疫情已基本被控制住了,但其他国家疫情依然严重,如今已发展成了需要全人类面对的重大卫生事件,这使中国医药产业的发展受到极大地影响,但同时也为其带来了发展机遇。在防控疫情方面,作为世界医药产业至关重要的构成之一,我国医药产业起到了极为重要的作用。爆发新冠疫情以后,整个医药领域都积极参与了抗疫情工作,在此次抗疫情之战中,世界医药产业链可以说是最美的逆行者。自创办至今,武汉HF医药公司的规模得到了很好的发展,其创造了很好的收益。医药业的特征是技术要求高、投资高、风险大、利润高,在该行业竞争日渐严峻的同时,整个市场对其将来的发展也提出了更为严格的要求。在如今的社会背景之下,怎样制定将来的发展战略、完成技术、战术方面的工作部署,这家公司亟需解决的重要问题。(1)先借助波特五力模型等来对医药业需要面对的市场环境、业内环境进行了分析,并找出了这家公司在发展之中潜在的风险和可能遇到的机会。(2)对这家公司的经营实力、拥有的资源从财务资源、研发水平等多个方面展开了分析。(3)借助SWOT研究之法对这家公司的总体情况展开了研究,并在此基础上为其将来的发展指明了方向,并制定了整体发展策略。此次针对医药公司的发展策略研究今年的是公司策略管理理论,在中国医药界,武汉HF医药公司是生产抗生素的知名公司,对其发展策略进行研究,能够为其他医药公司制定发展策略带来一定的帮助,也为医药产业的发展提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the COVID-19 epidemic in China has been basically controlled,but the epidemic is still serious in other countries.Now it has developed into a major health event that needs to be faced by all mankind,which has greatly affected the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry,but also brought development opportunities for it.As one of the most important components of the world’s pharmaceutical industry,China’s pharmaceutical industry has played an extremely important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic.Since the COVID-19 outbreak,the entire medical sector has taken an active part in the fight with physician against the COVID-19 epidemic.It could be said that pharmaceutical industry chain around the world is the most beautiful firefighter during the fight against the epidemic.Since its establishment,Wuhan HF Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.has continued to grow rapidly and achieved outstanding development performance.The pharmaceutical industry is labeled as a high-tech industry with high-input,high-yield and high-risk.As competition in the pharmaceutical industry intensifies getting intense,company’s future development strategy need higher requirements.In the current circumstance,major issues that the company urgently needs to solve including how to initiate the future development plan,how to carry out development roadmap,and how to monitor and adjust our strategic.At first,this article analyzed the out and inner environment of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry through the PEST model and Porter’s five forces model;Then execute environment analysis to find out the opportunities and threats our company faces in the development process.After comprehensive environment analysis,the company`s internal capabilities and resources are analyzed from perspective of management capabilities,production capabilities,R&D capabilities,human resources,financial resources,and intangible resources.After all,the company’s current opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed with SWOT analysis method as summary,overall strategy of the company’s future development was outlined and development roadmap was proposed.This article uses the strategic management theory application of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to conduct research.Wuhan HF Pharmaceutical Company is a representative of the antibiotics field in my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The study of its development strategy could be references for other pharmaceutical during their formulation of development strategies,and a mirror during the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry development.更多还原
