【摘要】 在全球化的今天,随着技术的发展,号称世界工厂的中国制造业面临的竞争空前激励,尤其是传统国有企业要及时改变过去的传统生产制造管理方式和理念,用精益生产的理念和方法来适应新时期的激烈竞争。A锻造公司主要产品为汽车零部件,为国内大型商用车主机厂家配套,同时也积极开拓了美国、德国、印度等国际市场。A锻造公司现阶段的发展受到国内外环境的冲击,在不断变化的不可控的未知环境下,A锻造公司如何实现由传统制造向精益生产进行转型升级,提高企业的竞争力,实现企业的持续发展是A锻造公司在当前及以后一段时间必须解决的问题。本文以A锻造公司为研究对象,阐述了本论文研究的背景及意义,用文献研究的方式总结了精益生产的起源、发展和国内外目前研究、实施的状况,研究了精益生产的内涵及常用的工具,通过运用精益生产的方针管理、现场管理、价值流分析、设备管理、质量管理、改善、标准作业、危险预知训练、作业管理、目视化管理、5S等工具来发现生产制造过程中的问题,不断改进制造产品质量、降低制造成本、提高产品交付能力、营造士气高昂的企业精神面貌。通过研究发现,推进精益生产首先是企业发展的内需动力,企业领导对精益生产的高度重视,只有持之以恒的持续推进改善,才能逐步转变广大员工思想观念,再就是对精益生产工具的正确理解和使用,开放的心态去接受新的管理方法,这样才会转型成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of technology,China’s manufacturing industry,which is known as the factory of the world,is facing unprecedented competition.In particular,the traditional state-owned enterprises need to change their traditional production and manufacturing management methods and concepts in time,lean production concept and method to adapt to the new era of fierce competition.A forging company’s main products are auto parts,which are matched with domestic large-scale commercial vehicle mainframes manufacturers.At the same time,it has also opened up international markets such as America,Germany and India.The development of a forging company is impacted by the environment at home and abroad at the present stage.Under the constantly changing and uncontrollable unknown environment,how a forging company realizes the transformation and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to lean production and improves the competitiveness of the enterprise,to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises is a forging company in the current and after a period of time must solve the problem.Taking a forging company as the research object,this thesis expounds the background and significance of this paper,sums up the origin,development and current research and implementation situation of lean production at home and abroad by means of literature research,the connotation of lean production and its commonly used tools are studied,through the use of lean production policy management,site management,value flow analysis,equipment management,quality management,improvement,standard operations,risk prediction training,operation management,visual management,5s and other tools to find manufacturing process problems,continuously improve the quality of manufacturing products,reduce manufacturing costs,improve product delivery,create a high morale of the spirit of the enterprise.Through the research,it is found that the promotion of lean production is first and foremost the internal demand driving force for the development of enterprises.The leaders of enterprises attach great importance to lean production,then it is the correct understanding and use of lean production tools,an open mind to accept new management methods,so that the transformation will be successful.更多还原
