水轮机虚拟交互检修培训系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着水电行业的发展,水轮发电机组的装机容量日益增大,设备结构也越来越复杂,这对设备检修人员的专业技能提出了更加严格的要求。传统的水轮机检修培训一般由经验丰富的专家结合文字和视频资料对学员进行授课,这种培训方式的直观性和互动性较差,且受到时间和空间的限制,学员很难将理论和实践相结合,培训效率较低。因此,本文旨在开发一种经济、高效和便捷的水轮机虚拟检修培训系统。本文选取轴流式水轮机作为研究对象,在虚拟现实技术的基础上,开发一套水轮机虚拟检修培训系统。利用Solidworks实现水轮机和检修工具建模仿真,并利用重量管理、间隙分析等技术完成模型装配;选用3Ds Max调整模型坐标,再利用多边形简化和模型轻化技术优化模型并制作水轮机的拆装动画;采用C#编程语言,按照预期目标在Unity3D虚拟现实开发引擎中开发了用户注册、拆装动画演示、知识学习、训练和考核、考核设置和成绩管理等模块,实现了水轮机虚拟检修人机交互。结合水轮机实际检修过程的需求,本文开发的水轮机虚拟检修培训系统主要有以下功能:(1)水轮机的结构组成和检修理论知识学习;(2)水轮机拆装操作训练和考核;(3)功能设置、检修提示以及学员考试记录查询。检修培训人员通过该系统可以学习水轮机的零件空间结构和布局,掌握水轮机检修原理和水轮机的拆装过程;管理员可以设置考核选项,查询学员考核结果和错误详情,并给出针对性的学习建议。水轮机虚拟检修培训系统为检修人员提供较为真实的虚拟检修环境,不仅缩短了检修人员的培训周期,提高了培训质量和效率,还降低了培训费用,提高了电站的经济效益,在实现水电站经济运行和提高检修人员实操能力等方面具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of the hydropower industry,the installed capacity of hydroturbine generator sets is increasing,and the equipment structure is becoming more and more complex,which puts more stringent requirements on the professional skills of equipment maintenance personnel.Traditional hydraulic turbine maintenance training is generally conducted by experienced experts in combination with text and video materials.This training method is less intuitive and interactive,and is limited by time and space.It is difficult for students to compare theory with practice.Combined,training efficiency is low.Therefore,this article aims to develop an economical,efficient and convenient hydraulic turbine maintenance training system.This paper selects the axial flow turbine as the research object,and develops a virtual maintenance training system for the turbine on the basis of virtual reality technology.Use Solidworks to realize the modeling and simulation of hydraulic turbines and maintenance tools,and use technologies such as weight management and gap analysis to complete the model assembly;select 3Ds Max to adjust the model coordinates,and then use polygon simplification and model lightening technology to optimize the model and make the disassembly and assembly animation of the turbine;Using the C# programming language,the Unity3 D virtual reality development engine developed user registration,disassembly animation demonstration,knowledge learning,training and assessment,assessment settings and performance management modules in the Unity3 D virtual reality development engine according to the expected goals,and realized the human-computer interaction of the virtual maintenance of the turbine.Combining the needs of the actual maintenance process of hydraulic turbines,the virtual maintenance training system for hydraulic turbines developed in this paper mainly has the following functions:(1)hydraulic turbine structure composition and maintenance theoretical knowledge learning;(2)hydraulic turbine disassembly operation training and assessment;(3)function setting,Maintenance tips and inquiries on student exam records.Through this system,maintenance trainers can learn the spatial structure and layout of hydraulic turbine parts,master the principle of hydraulic turbine maintenance and the process of turbine disassembly and assembly;administrators can set assessment options,inquire about the assessment results and error details of the trainees,and give targeted learning suggestions.The hydraulic turbine virtual maintenance training system provides a more realistic virtual maintenance environment for maintenance personnel,which not only shortens the training cycle of maintenance personnel,improves the quality and efficiency of training,but also reduces training costs,improves the economic benefits of the power station,and realizes the economic operation of the hydropower station.It has certain reference value and practical significance in aspects such as improving the practical operation ability of maintenance personnel.
