【摘要】 太原市作为山西省的省会城市,发展城郊农业具有得天独厚的条件,不仅有良好的区位优势,更有广阔的市场消费需求。首先,本文通过深入分析城郊农业的相关概念理论,并查阅大量文献,对国内外优秀城郊农业发展经验进行研究总结与对比分析,明确我国城郊农业在生成起点、生长区域、内在功能、产业结构、产业布局、与城市融合度、集约化规模化程度等方面的发展特征。了解现阶段城郊农业的发展类型,并归纳总结出现阶段我国城郊农业快速发展的原因,即:推动城乡一体化的现实需要;城市化进程的必然趋势;农业供给侧结构改革的需求。其次,为进一步研究太原市城郊农业的发展情况,本文通过对太原市的自然经济条件进行调研分析,分别从以下几点出发进行探析:一是了解现阶段太原市城郊农业的发展意义为:加快城郊经济发展,推动城乡一体化;优化农业资源配置,提高农产品品质;增加农民收入水平,促进农业新发展;推进农业三产深度融合,挖掘农业多功能;丰富城市居民文化生活,稳定农产品市场;促进人与自然协调发展,改善城市的环境。二是明确太原市城郊农业的发展现取得成效为:构建新型城郊农业产业体系,培育新产业新业态;推动太原市三产的融合发展,建设现代农业产业园;确立城郊农业发展典型标杆,辐射带动周边农业发展。三是找出太原市城郊农业的发展存在问题为:整体发展水平还不高,缺乏全局规划;产业结构还不够合理,尚未发挥城市的资源优势和市场潜力;农业产业辐射域较小,带动农民增收效果不明显;农产品科技含量不够,创新能力较弱;生态环保意识不充分,监管面临缺失与不足;缺乏整体的规划设计,景观风貌简单粗略并进行深入探讨。四是为太原市城郊农业的下一步发展提出建议:鼓励发展城郊型示范园,辐射带动周边农业发展;建立完善一批龙头企业,提高城郊农业的科技含量;加强农业特色品牌建设,提升农产品质量;充分利用互联网大数据,农产品融合线上下销售模式;转变城郊农业发展方式,推动观光休闲农业发展;树立生态可持续发展观,协调统一农业三产融合发展;延伸城郊农业的产业链,挖掘其多功能性。最后本文以太原市刘家堡番茄产业园为研究对象,进行多功能挖掘与产业规划升级。通过对刘家堡地区的区位条件、自然资源以及社会资源进行分析,明确刘家堡番茄产业园发展的优势条件,了解刘家堡番茄产业园现具有的产业结构功能,找出其现存问题为:园区缺少专业的管理人员与技术人才;一味地追求经济效益增长严重影响到该地的生态环境;园区农产品精深加工能力欠缺,产业发展链条较短,销售渠道单一。鉴于此,通过从园区的产业延伸、景观升级、文创融合等三方面出发对园区进行整体规划设计,为刘家堡番茄产业园下一步发展指出方向,努力将其打造为集标准化种植、科普教育、休闲娱乐、生态环保、特色品种展示等多种功能于一体的农业示范园,为太原市城郊农业的发展提供一条可以推广复制的生产经营模式,加强“刘家堡番茄产业”的地域特色品牌,辐射带动刘家堡周边地区番茄产业一起走向高效可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taiyuan,as the capital city of Shanxi Province,has unique conditions to develop suburb agriculture with its good location advantage as well as the broad market demand.Firstly,this paper summarizes and compares the excellent experience of suburb agriculture development at home and abroad,through in-depth analysis of concepts and theories of suburb agriculture and a large number of literature,Clarifying the development characteristics of China’s suburban agriculture in the generation starting point,growth area,internal functions,industrial structure,industrial layout,the integration degree with cities,intensive and scale degree and other aspects.Understand the development type of suburban agriculture at the present stage,as well as clarifying and summarizing the reasons for the rapid development of suburb agriculture in China at this stage.That is: the realistic need to promote urban-rural integration;the inevitable trend of urbanization process;the demand of agricultural supply-side structural reform.Secondly,in order to further study the development of suburban agriculture in Taiyuan,this paper analyzes the natural economic conditions of Taiyuan,and starts from the following points: one is to understand the significance of suburban agriculture development in Taiyuan: accelerate suburban economic development,promote urban-rural integration of urban and rural,optimize agricultural resource allocation,improve agricultural products quality;increase farmers ’ income level,promote new agricultural development,dig agricultural multifunctional;enrich urban cultural life,stabilize agricultural products market;promote coordinated development of man and nature,improve the urban environment.Second,it is clear that the development of suburban agriculture in Taiyuan has achieved results as follows: build a new suburban agricultural industrial system,cultivate new industries and new forms of business,promote the integrated development of the three industries in Taiyuan,build a modern agricultural industrial park;establish the typical benchmark of suburban agricultural development,radiate and drive the development of surrounding agriculture.Third,find out the development problems of suburban agriculture in Taiyuan City:the overall development level is not high,lack of global planning,the industrial structure is not reasonable,not playing urban resources and market potential,the agricultural industry radiation area is small,driving farmers ’ income effect,insufficient agricultural scientific and technology content,weak innovation ability,lack of supervision,lack of overall planning design,landscape is simple and rough and in-depth discussion.Fourth,suggestions for the next development of Taiyuan suburban agriculture: encourage the development of suburban demonstration park,radiation to drive the development of surrounding agriculture,establish a number of leading enterprises,improve the scientific and technological content,strengthen agricultural brand construction,improve agricultural products,make full use of Internet big data,the transformation of suburban agricultural development,promote agricultural development,establish ecological sustainable development,coordinate unified agriculture,extend the industrial chain of suburban agriculture,and explore its versatility.Finally,this paper chooses Liujiabu Tomato Industrial Park in Taiyuan as the object,taking the multi-function mining as well as the industrial planning and upgrading.It explains the advantages of the development of Liujiabu Tomato Industrial Park,through the analysis of the location conditions,natural resources and social resources of Liujiabu area,comprehending the industrial structure function of Liujiabu Tomato Industrial Park,as well as finding out the existing problems are : the lack of professional management personnel and technical personnel;the pursuit of economic growth seriously affects the ecological environment;the lack of deep processing capacity,the industrial development chain is short and the single sales channel.Besides,it points out the direction for the further development of Liujiabu Tomato Industrial Park,through the overall planning and design from three aspects of industrial extension,landscape upgrading and culture-creation integration,which will be built into an agricultural demonstration park including standardized planting,popular science education,leisure and entertainment,ecological and environmental protection,characteristic variety display and other functions.A production and management mode which can be popularized and replicated is provided for the development of suburb agriculture in Taiyuan,strengthening the regional characteristic brand of Liujiabu Tomato Industry,so as to develop the tomato industry around Liujiabu area efficiently and sustainably.更多还原
