基于信息行为的车载信息系统信息服务质量评价量化模型研究

【摘要】 随着物联网和信息通信技术的快速发展,车辆物联网也随之进入全面发展的进程。车载信息系统作为车联网的重要搭载终端,逐渐从传统的车内信息装置向综合信息服务系统转变,随着其服务特性日益凸显,对于车载信息系统的信息服务能力也有了更高的要求。从此发展背景下,文章中综述了车载信息系统中的信息服务、现有的车载信息系统评价体系以及信息服务质量评价的研究现状,总结出了针对车载信息系统的信息服务质量评价的必要性。文章根据信息行为与信息服务理论,对车载信息系统的信息服务构成和用户信息行为进行了解析,依照理论模型从服务者与服务对象的视角对两者进行关联,提出了将用户对于系统的信息资源、信息获取、服务效用的满意度作为车载信息系统信息服务质量评价的三个准则层面。通过文献研究与用户调研收集并整合涉及三个层面的影响因素共34个,再经过专家打分后的筛选与修订,最后提出影响车载信息系统信息服务质量的27个因素假设。为了检验假设是否成立并进一步构建模型,将假设的影响因素转化为了可测量的指标与题项,采用李克特5级评分量表对用户进行了问卷调研。使用SPSS软件对回收的有效样本进行了数据分析,经过信度与效度检验剔除了2个不符合条件的影响因素,同时通过因子分析法进行探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子。依照数据结果,并根据因子中所包含的影响因素的共同特征,分别将因子命名为信息内容质量、信息交互质量、信息呈现质量、功能服务质量、系统技术质量,以此作为评价模型的5个维度。从目标层、准则层、维度层与指标层的确定,构建了车载信息系统信息服务质量评价模型。基于大样本数据对模型进行验证,检验了指标与模型的信度和效度,并对指标赋值,构建基于信息行为的车载信息系统信息服务质量评价量化模型,以此提出系统的优化策略。最后,对构建的量化模型进行案例实证与应用,选取现有的车载信息系统对其信息服务质量进行评价与优化设计,通过优化前后的系统信息服务质量评分来验证评价指标体系和量化模型的适用性和有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and information and communication technologies,the Internet of Things in vehicles has also entered comprehensive development.As an important terminal for the Internet of Vehicles,the in-vehicle information system is gradually changing from a traditional in-vehicle information device to an integrated information service system.As its service characteristics become increasingly prominent,there are higher requirements for the in-vehicle information system’s information service capabilities.The article summarizes the information service in the in-vehicle information system,The existing evaluation system of in-vehicle information system,and the current research status of the information service quality evaluation from this development background.It summarizes the necessity of information service quality evaluation for the in-vehicle information system.The article analyzes the information service composition and user information behavior of the in-vehicle information system based on the information behaviour and information service theory.According to the theoretical model,the two aspects are related to the service provider’s perspective and the service object.This paper puts forward that users’ satisfaction for information resources,information acquisition,and service utility of the system should be considered three criteria for evaluating the information service quality of an In-vehicle information system.Thirty-four influencing factors involving three levels were collected and integrated through literature research and user research and then selected and revised after expert scoring.Finally,twenty-seven influencing factors hypothesis affecting the quality of the information service of in-vehicle information systems were put forward.To test whether the hypothesis is valid and to further construct the model,the influencing factors of the hypothesis are transformed into measurable indicators and items,and the Likert 5-level scoring scale is used to conduct a questionnaire survey on users.Using SPSS software to analyze the recovered effective samples’ data,after reliability and validity tests,two eligible influencing factors were eliminated.At the same time,five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis through factor analysis.According to the data results and the typical characteristics of influencing factors in the factors,the factors were named information content quality,information interaction quality,information presentation-quality,functional service quality,and system technology quality,taken as the five dimensions of the evaluation model.From the determination of the target layer,criterion layer,dimension layer,and index layer,an evaluation model of the in-vehicle information system’s information service quality is constructed.The model is validated based on extensive sample data.Test the reliability and validity of the index and the model,and assign values to the combined index.The quantitative model of information service quality evaluation of the in-vehicle information system based on information behavior is constructed,and the optimization strategy of the system is proposed.Finally,the quantitative model was demonstrated and applied,and the existing in-vehicle information system was selected to evaluate and optimize its information service quality.The evaluation index system’s applicability and effectiveness and the quantitative model were verified by scoring the system information service quality before and after optimization.
