利用超分子模板法制备圆偏振发光活性的硅基杂化材料

Preparation of Silica-based Hybrid Materials with Circularly Polarized Luminescence Activity Using Supramolecular Templating Approaches

【摘要】 近年来,由于圆偏振发光(CPL)材料在3D显示、信息存储与处理、信息通讯、CPL激光、生物探针等领域的应用前景而受到越来越广泛的关注。目前研究的CPL活性材料大多为有机功能材料,合成路线复杂及热稳定性较差限制了该类材料的应用范围。硅基杂化材料往往既具有无机材料的热稳定性又具有有机材料的结构可调性。目前关于CPL活性的硅基杂化材料的报道很少。本文基于超分子模板法构筑一系列的具有较高发光效率和不对称因子的CPL活性的硅基杂化材料。具体研究内容如下:首先,合成了一对手性阳离子两亲性小分子化合物,以该化合物的自组装体作为模板,以不同比例的四乙氧基硅烷和含四苯乙烯基团的有机硅氧烷为混合硅源,通过外模板的方法制备了一系列的单手螺旋的杂化氧化硅纳米管材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、圆二色谱(CD)、荧光光谱和圆偏振荧光光谱仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明:组装体的手性成功传递到了氧化硅纳米管上,所制备的杂化氧化硅材料具有CPL性能。其次,设计并合成了一对含有手性氨基酸和四苯乙烯基团的两亲性小分子化合物TPE-L(D)-Val-Si(OEt)3,研究了该化合物的发光及自组装行为,通过自模板的方法制备了聚倍半硅氧烷。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱和圆偏振荧光光谱仪对样品进行表征。结果表明:所制备的聚倍半硅氧烷材料具有CPL性能。

【Abstract】 Circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)-active materials have attracted more and more attention in recent years because of their potential applications in the fields of 3D display,information storage and processing,information communication,CPL laser,and bioprobes.However,most of the reported CPL-active materials are organic materials.They generally require complicated synthesis and have poor thermal stability,which limit their applications.Silica-based hybrid materials usually possess both the thermal stability of inorganic components and the structural adjustability of organic components.The silica-based hybrid hybrid materials with CPL property have been rarely reported.In this thesis,a series of CPL-active silica-based hybrid materials with high luminescence dissymmetry factors and emission efficiency have been fabricated using supramolecular templating approaches.The specific research contents are shown as follows:Firstly,a pair of chiral cationic amphiphilic molecules were synthesized.A series of single-handed helical hybrid silicas were prepared through an external templating approach,using the self-assemblies of chiral cationic amphiphilic molecules as the templates and the mixture of tetraphenylethene-containing bis(triethoxysilane)and tetraethoxysilane as the precursors.The obtained hybrid materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),circular dichroism spectroscopy(CD),fluorescence spectroscopy,and circularly polarized fluorescence spectroscopy.It was found that the chirality was transferred from the self-assemblies to the hybrid silicas,and the hybrid silicas showed the CPL activities.Secondly,a pair of amphiphilic compounds containing tetraphenylethene and chiral amino acid units,TPE-L(D)-Val-Si(OEt)3,were designed and synthesized.Their luminescence behaviors and self-assembly properties were investigated.Polybissilsesquioxanes were prepared through a self-templating approach.The obtained samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),circular dichroism spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,and circularly polarized fluorescence spectroscopy.It was found that the polybissilsesquioxanes showed the CPL activities.
