川陕苏区青年动员研究

【摘要】 川陕苏区是土地革命时期中共领导的红四方面军在川北、陕南一带创建的一块重要革命根据地。青年是苏区重要的革命力量,川陕苏区对青年群体的动员工作是关乎苏区生死存亡的核心工作。川陕苏区青年动员是中国共产党在马列主义青年观指导下,在自身丰富的青年动员基础上,在红军入川后面临的严峻形势下做出的必然选择。但是,由于川北地区特殊的地理和社会环境,中共在川陕苏区的青年动员面临许多新的问题和挑战,这就决定了川陕苏区青年动员的复杂性和阶段性。本文主要考察了川陕苏区青年动员的背景与内容,动员方式与特点、动员成效和不足。研究表明:川陕苏区青年动员是在中国共产党的领导下,充分发挥青年团的主导作用,通过颁布法令布告、健全组织机构、召集群众大会、纪念革命节日、组织文艺宣传等方式,使广大青年积极参与的一场卓有成效的社会动员;川陕苏区青年动员是以军事动员为中心,通过政治、经济、文化、禁烟等多方面动员工作为军事斗争服务;中国共产党在青年动员过程中注重对青年的经济保护和情感关爱,通过以利动人和以情感人相结合,获得青年对苏区的拥护和支持;青年群体颇具复杂性,中共对苏区内的青年农民、青年工人、青年妇女以及对白区青年等不同群体,采取了具有针对性的动员措施,尤其是对青年妇女给以特别的尊重和保护,也因此调动了青年妇女的革命积极性,成为活跃在川陕苏区各项工作的重要力量;在青年的多种属性中,川陕苏区最看重的是青年的阶级性,并将阶级斗争观念贯彻到青年动员中去;川陕苏区青年动员不仅促进了川北青年的解放和社会地位的提高,同时也促进了苏区的发展和红军的壮大,但是,由于战争环境再加上“左”倾错误思想的影响,川陕苏区青年动员也存在着过分强调阶级对立、扩红过于频繁等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet was an important revolutionary base area created by the Communist-led Red Army in northern Sichuan and southern Shanxi during the Land Revolution.The mobilization of youth in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Union was an inevitable choice made by the Communist Party of China under the guidance of the Marxist-Leninist view of youth,based on its own rich youth mobilization,and in view of the severe situation faced by the Red Army after entering Sichuan.However,due to the special geographical and social and social environment in northern Sichuan,the CPC’s youth mobilization in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Area faced many new problems and challenges,which determined the complexity and stage of youth mobilization in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Area.This paper mainly examines the history and content of youth mobilization in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Union,mobilization methods and characteristics,and mobilization effectiveness and shortcomings.It is found that the youth mobilization in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Union was a fruitful social mobilization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,which gave full play to the leading role of the youth league and involved the youth through issuing decrees and bulletins,improving organizational structures,convening mass meetings,commemorating revolutionary festivals,and organizing literary and artistic propaganda,etc.The youth mobilization in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Union was centered on military mobilization and was carried out through political,economic,cultural,and anti-smoking mobilization.In the process of youth mobilization,the CPC paid attention to the economic protection and emotional care of the youth,and through a combination of profit and emotion,gained the support of the youth for the Soviet Union;the youth group was quite complex,and the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Union adopted targeted mobilization measures for different groups in the Soviet Union,such as young farmers,young workers,young women,and young people from the White Areas.Among the various attributes of youth,the Soviet Union attached the greatest importance to the class nature of youth and implemented the concept of class struggle in youth mobilization.更多还原
