【摘要】 随着近年我国城市化进程的加快以及产业结构的调整,旧工业厂区与城市发展之间的矛盾愈发突出,大量传统工业厂区面临环境更新与转型,许多带有历史文化价值的资源随着厂区的推倒重建而永远消失。因此结合历史文脉对工业厂区更新的研究设计亟待进行。本文以工业厂区作为研究对象,以“城市文脉”理论为切入点,提出城市文脉在厂区环境更新中的重构设计理念。论文首先对国内外关于城市文脉、工业环境更新的研究文献进行了综述,回顾了西方社会工业环境更新实践的发展历程并对比国内发展现状,总结了4个国内在工业环境更新中依然存在的问题:薄弱的文脉意识、单一的开发模式、缺失的场所活力、雷同的文脉表达。其次,论文阐述了城市文脉、工业厂区环境更新与设计重构的相关概念与基础理论,并介绍了城市环境艺术设计理论,探究了城市环境艺术与厂区环境更新、城市文脉之间的设计关联。再次,论文对国内外部分典型案例进行了剖析,并总结了案例成功的启示。从次,论文结合理论与案例,归纳总结出城市文脉在工业厂区环境更新中的创作方法,包括3种文脉提取路径、3种文脉表达手法与6种重构方法,并结合实例介绍了它们在实际项目中的运用。论文最后以豫北安钢集团厂区环境更新设计为例,分析项目背景、场地现状,运用历史文化路径与场所精神路径提取场地文脉,进而确定设计理念与策略。随后依据场地性质与空间特征进行总体设计与分区,运用多种表现手法将文脉元素融入各区域具体设计中,并针对工业设施、公共设施、道路、色彩与植被进行专项提升设计。最终实现城市文脉与工业厂区环境的融合共生,改善厂区环境、延续城市文脉,打造出一座遗产活态工业文化园。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the adjustment of industrial structure in recent years,the contradiction between old industrial plants and urban development has become increasingly prominent.A large number of traditional industrial plants are facing environmental renewal and transformation.To overthrow and rebuild and disappear forever.Therefore,the research and design of the renewal of industrial plants in combination with the historical context is urgently needed.This article takes the industrial factory as the research object and takes the "urban context" theory as the starting point,and proposes the concept of reconstruction of the urban context in the renewal of the factory environment.The paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature on urban context and industrial environment renewal,reviews the development process of Western social industrial environment renewal practice and compares the domestic development status,and summarized 4 domestic problems that still exist in the industrial environment update: Weak cultural awareness,single development model,lack of place vitality,similar cultural expression.Secondly,the thesis expounds the relevant concepts and basic theories of urban context,industrial factory environment renewal and design reconstruction,introduces urban environmental art design theory,and explores the design between urban environmental art and factory environment renewal and urban context Related.Thirdly,the paper analyzes some typical cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the inspiration of the successful cases.From time to time,the thesis combines theory and cases to summarize the creative methods of urban context in the industrial factory environment update,including 3 context extraction paths,3 context expression methods and 6 reconstruction methods,and combined with examples to introduce Their application in actual projects.At the end of the thesis,we take the environmental renewal design of Anyang Iron and Steel Group ’s factory area as an example,analyze the project background and site status,use historical and cultural paths and site spiritual paths to extract the site context,and then determine the design concept and strategy.Afterwards,the overall design and zoning were carried out according to the nature and spatial characteristics of the site,using a variety of presentation techniques to integrate the contextual elements into the specific design of each area,and a special upgrade design for industrial facilities,public facilities,roads,colors and vegetation.Eventually achieve the integration and symbiosis of the urban context and the industrial factory environment,improve the factory environment,continue the urban context,and create a heritage living industrial cultural park更多还原
