【摘要】 项目风险管理90年代起在中国工程类项目实施成功后应用到电子、通信行业已普及多年。不仅在学术界达成共识,更在应用方法上成为有效降低项目风险的重要手段。在IT项目管理中普遍存在项目风险管理,通过成功有效的实施项目风险管理,防止或减少项目中潜在问题的影响,并为处理危机提供方案的案例屡见不鲜。本文以YD数据中心云平台开发项目为研究对象,作为企业信息化和国家两化融合的发展战略示范工程,云平台的开发建设是一项长期复杂的IT项目。项目风险管理可以保证企业管理信息流畅、数据安全,在项目生命周期全面管理过程中,为管理者提供科学分析,并合理处理风险,提供有效实施的解决方案。本文中首先运用项目风险管理理论对YD公司数据中心云平台开发项目进行IT项目方向风险的管理研究,建立针对项目的风险分析(即识别和评价)、应对与监控为一体的管理体系。接着依据风险评估结果制定风险应对措施,并且在充分保证业务连续性、信息安全等方面的前提下,增强YD公司IT项目风险管理意识,提高云平台建设的成功率、管理的规范化和技术的科学化。最后通过探索YD公司数据中心云平台项目风险管控模型,提升数据中心整体信息化运营管理水平。本文的研究的成果对于项目的顺利实施提供有效保障方案,减少风险对整个云平台项目造成的影响。本文的研究对于类似的云平台项目的风险管理具有一定参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 90s,the project risk management has been applied to the electronics and communications industry for many years after the successful implementation of China’s engineering projects.It is not only a consensus in academia,but also an important means to effectively reduce project risk in application methods.It is very universality in IT project management,the success of the project through the implementation of effective risk management,which can prevent or degrade the influence of potential conundrums in the project,and provide solutions for handling the crisis.As the development strategy demonstration project of the integration of enterprise information and national two integrations,the development and construction of cloud platform is a long-term complex IT project.Based on the cloud platform development project YD data center as the research object,project risk management can guarantee the information security in enterprise data management and smooth,project life cycle management in the process of global solutions,to provide scientific and effective implementation of risk analysis and reasonable treatment for managers.This project firstly used project risk management theory of risk management to the cloud platform development project data center of YD company,and the establishment of risk analysis,identification,assessment,response and monitoring management system.Then according to the results of risk assessment for risk response measures,and fully guarantee the premise of business continuity,information security and other aspects,strengthen the consciousness of risk management of IT project in YD company,improve the success rate of cloud platform construction,management standardization and scientific technology.Finally,explore the YD corporate data center cloud platform project risk control model can accelerate overall information in the data center operational management level.In this paper,the research will introduce a comprehensive project risk management thoughts YD data center cloud platform development project risk management。During the process of risk management will use brainstorming,Delphi method,probability and impact matrix,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Research for the smooth implementation of the project to provide effective protection programs,reduce the risk of the entire cloud platform project.更多还原
