【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化的不断加深,国际贸易也在逐渐深化,国家之间的贸易已经由原来的产业间贸易发展到产业内贸易,如今再度深化到产品内贸易,全球价值链的形成为国际生产分割带来了新的动力。加入全球价值链极大促进了我国经济发展,也迅速提高了人民的绝对收入水平。但是全球价值链的参与对我国劳动收入份额的影响结论一直存在分歧,由于劳动收入份额能够在一定程度上反映收入结构,从企业层面考察全球价值链参与对劳动收入份额的影响有助于发现宏观以及产业层面劳动收入份额变化的微观内涵。与传统文献中使用WIOD数据库测算全球价值链嵌入程度对宏观层面劳动收入份额的影响有所不同,本文运用我国工业企业数据库与中国海关贸易数据库,以增加值贸易为核心概念构建企业层面全球价值链嵌入程度指标,从微观层面考察我国企业的全球价值链嵌入水平对劳动收入份额的影响。根据本文的实证结果,我国企业层面微观数据表明,全球价值链嵌入程度能明显降低企业员工的劳动收入份额,这可能是由于我国企业实现了全球价值链地位的升级,使得劳动力环境得到了改善。此外,我们还发现资本密集度高的企业、一般贸易类型企业以及外资参与的企业在全球价值链嵌入程度下降时,其劳动收入份额的提升更明显。本文通过研究全球价值链对企业劳动收入份额的影响,将全球价值链研究与社会升级研究在微观层面建立联系,丰富了全球价值链的微观研究视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of world economic integration,international trade is also gradually deepening.Trade between countries has developed from the original inter-industry trade to intra-industry trade,and now it is deepening to intra-product trade level.The formation of global value chain brings new impetus to international production segmentation.Joining global value chains has greatly promoted the development of China’s economy and rapidly raised the absolute value of people’s income.But the conclusion of global value chain embedding in the effect of labor income share of our country has been divided,because the labor income share can reflect the income structure to some extent.As the enterprise level to investigate the influence of GVC embedding in the labor income share helped found the macroscopic and microscopic connotation of labor income share change industry level.And used in traditional literature WIOD embedded database to calculate global value chain degree of impact on the macro level of labor income share is different,this paper uses firm level database of Chinese,with the added value of trade as the core concept to build micro-level global value chain embedded degree index,to research how the GVC influence labor income share in China.According to the empirical results of this paper,the microscopic data show that the embedding degree of global value chain can significantly reduce the labor income share of employees,which may be due to the fact that Chinese enterprises have upgraded the status of global value chain and improved the labor environment.In addition,we also find that when the degree of embedding in GVCS declines,the share of labor income increases more significantly for capitalintensive enterprises,generally tradable enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises.By studying the impact of GVC on the labor income share of enterprises,this paper establishes a connection between GVC and social upgrading research at the micro level,and enriches the micro research perspective of GVC.更多还原
