【摘要】 弗兰克作为依附论最具代表性的学者之一,他的依附思想产生于二十世纪七十年代,受战后世界格局变化以及现代化发展进程的影响,在讨论第三世界国家的发展问题上,得到了广泛的运用和发展,具有十分重要的学术地位和学术价值,也是新马克思主义的有机组成部分。由于弗兰克依附论中的部分方法过于注重外部性作用,存在激进主义色彩等内在缺陷,加之当时西方主导的经典现代化思想和欧洲中心主义的冲击,使很多学者认为他的依附论过分激进,没有真正认识到发达国家的积极作用和发展中国家内部的实际情况,因而不具有普适性。对依附论的批判和考量时至今日一直存在,依附思想到底是乍现的“昙花”还是有根的“常青树”?从辩证思维的视角出发,对依附思想追根溯源的分析,希望能够为依附论正名责实。通过对弗兰克依附论的剖析,从第一视角出发构筑理论框架,客观的评价依附论的内在困境和理论价值及现实意义。在当今全球化的大背景之下,发展中国家如何自处一隅,如何摆正姿态突破发展?笔者希望从依附论中找寻新的路径,解析资本主义依附性积累的主要矛盾,为探索适合发展中国家的发展理念提供新思路。从政治、经济、文化等多角度出发,来促进发展中国家多方位协同发展,为发展中国家摆脱发展依附的现状提供新途径,为我国以及广大发展中国家的发展问题提供借鉴和指导。结合当今实际将依附论灵活变通赋予当代启示,推演理论的可用性。任何理论都不是一蹴而就的,马克思主义理论之所以被奉为真理是因为科学的与时俱进。弗兰克的依附论,具有鲜明的马克思主义品格,不仅丰富和拓展了依附学派和马克思主义理论,也为世界体系的研究提供了新的视角,对第三世界国家的发展产生了深远的影响。虽然理论自身存在着一定的不尽人意,但其本身的学术价值不容轻视,“依附”的概念在如今的世界和中国、在经济、政治、文化、社会和制度方面仍然意义非凡。传统的依附论也许会与时代的发展脱节,但解决问题的关键是如何看待问题,我们应该批判的继承和发展依附论,使其服务于发展中国家的现代化实践,解决发达国家同发展中国家之间的利益冲突和摩擦;服务于我国对外交流的国际政策,解决中国特色社会主义发展道路中的障碍,改善不平衡发展的现状。因此为依附论找到正确的学术位置,对依附论做出客观合理的评判,将依附思想进行合理的运用解决当下现实问题,是写作的初衷和目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the most representative scholars of dependency theory,Frank’s dependency thought came into being in the 1970 s.Influenced by the changes of the post-war world pattern and the development process of world modernization,it has been widely used and developed in discussing the development of third world countries.It has a very important academic status and academic value,and it is also an organic part of new Marxism.Because Frank’s attachment thought and solution pay too much attention to the external role,there are internal defects such as the color of radicalism,as well as the impact of the classical modernization thought dominated by the West and Eurocentrism at that time,many scholars believe that his attachment theory is too radical and does not really recognize the positive role of developed countries and the internal actual situation of developing countries,so it is not universal.The criticism and consideration of dependency theory has existed until now.Is dependency thought a sudden "Epiphyllum" or a rooted "evergreen tree" ? From the perspective of dialectical thinking,this paper traces the origin of the attachment thought,hoping to correct the name and responsibility of the attachment theory.Through the analysis of Frank’s dependence theory,this paper constructs a theoretical framework from the first perspective,and objectively evaluates the internal dilemma,theoretical value and practical significance of dependence theory.In today’s context of globalization,how can developing countries stand in a corner and make breakthroughs? The author hopes to find a new path from the dependence theory,analyze the main contradiction of capitalist dependence accumulation,and provide new ideas for exploring the development concept suitable for developing countries.From the political,economic,cultural and other perspectives,to promote the coordinated development of developing countries in multiple directions,provide new ways for developing countries to get rid of the current situation of development dependence,and provide reference and guidance for the development problems of China and the majority of developing countries.Combined with today’s reality,the flexibility of dependency theory is endowed with contemporary enlightenment to deduce the usability of the theory.No theory can be achieved overnight.The reason why Marxist theory is regarded as truth is because science keeps pace with the times.Frank’s dependency theory has a distinctive Marxist character.It not only enriches and develops the dependency school and Marxist theory,but also provides a new perspective for the study of the world system and has a far-reaching impact on the development of the third world countries.Although the theory itself is unsatisfactory,its academic value can not be underestimated.The concept of "attachment" is still of great significance in today’s world and China,in economy,politics,culture,society and system.The traditional dependency theory may be divorced from the development of the times,but the key to solving the problem is how to treat the problem.We should criticize the inheritance and development dependency theory,make it serve the modernization practice of developing countries,and solve the interest conflicts and frictions between developed and developing countries;Serve China’s international policy of foreign exchange,solve the obstacles in the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and improve the current situation of unbalanced development.Therefore,the original intention and purpose of writing is to find the correct academic position for the dependency theory,make an objective and reasonable judgment on the dependency theory,make rational use of the dependency thought and solve the current practical problems.更多还原
