【摘要】 随着素质教育的推进,劳动教育的重要性也越来越显现出来。对于小学生来说,学校劳动教育的开展是培养其劳动素养的奠基阶段,而家校合作为小学劳动教育的有效开展、学生劳动素养的提高提供了新的途径。本文采用的个案研究法,以石家庄X小学开展的劳动教育为研究对象,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法等研究方法,探寻小学劳动教育中家校合作的现状、存在的问题及原因,基于马克思劳动教育理论、协同育人理论提出劳动教育中家校合作的策略。研究者指在通过理清什么是劳动教育、家校合作、协同育人的基础上,探讨以学校为主,家庭为辅的协同育人局面,进而促进学生的全面发展。如何让学校、家庭二者结合提出行之有效的合作策略是本文的重点也是难点。本文共由五个部分组成,第一章是绪论,主要涉及问题提出、意义、概念界定、文献综述和研究思路,为下文的论述打下基础;第二章是对本研究的必要性和理论基础进行阐述;第三章是本文的主体部分,以石家庄市X小学为研究对象,调查劳动教育中家校合作的现状,并从家校双方对劳动教育的态度、对劳动教育的引导、劳动行为的培养以及劳动教育中家校合作的态度四个方面进行数据分析;第四章以上述分析结果为基础,阐释了当前劳动教育中家校合作存在的问题及原因;第五章从家庭、学校、家校、社会四个方面,就如何完善劳动教育中家校合作提出对策建议。本文主要从家校合作视角对当前我国小学劳动教育的现状进行调查分析,遵循提出问题-分析原因-解决问题的研究思路。笔者认为家校合作对小学生劳动素养的提高有着至关重要的作用,期望通过本研究,建立学校为主、家庭为辅的教育模式,使劳动教育在小学中可以高效率、高质量的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of quality education,the importance of labor education is becoming more and more obvious.For primary school students,the development of school labor education is the foundation stage of cultivating their labor literacy,and the combination of home and school provides a new way for the effective development of primary school labor education and the improvement of students’ labor literacy.The case study method used in this paper takes the labor education carried out by Shijiazhuang x primary school as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other research methods,explore the current situation,existing problems and reasons of home school cooperation in primary school labor education,and put forward the strategy of home school cooperation in labor education based on Marx’s labor education theory and collaborative education theory.The researcher points out that on the basis of clarifying what is labor education,home school cooperation and collaborative education,this paper discusses the collaborative education situation formed by schools and families,so as to promote the all-round development of students.How to combine school and family and put forward effective cooperation strategies is the focus and difficulty of this paper.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly involves the reason,significance,concept definition,literature review and research ideas,so as to lay the foundation for the following discussion;The second part expounds the necessity and theoretical basis of this study;The third part is the main part of this paper.Taking X primary school in Shijiazhuang as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of home school cooperation in labor education,and analyzes the data from four aspects: the attitude of home and school towards labor education,the guidance of labor education,the cultivation of labor behavior and the attitude of home school cooperation in labor education;The fourth part,based on the above analysis results,explains the problems and reasons of home school cooperation in current labor education;The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the home-school cooperation in labor education from four aspects: family,school,home-school and society.This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of labor education in primary schools in China from the perspective of home school cooperation,and follows the research idea of raising problems,analyzing causes and solving problems.The author believes that home school cooperation plays a vital role in the improvement of primary school students’ labor literacy.Through this study,the author hopes to establish a school-based and family supplemented education model,so that labor education can be carried out in primary schools with high efficiency and quality.This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of labor education in primary schools in China from the perspective of home school cooperation,and follows the research idea of raising problems,analyzing causes and solving problems.The author believes that home school cooperation plays a vital role in the improvement of primary school students’ labor literacy.Through this study,the author hopes to establish a school-based and family supplemented education model,so that labor education can be carried out in primary schools with high efficiency and quality.更多还原
