【摘要】 根据全国第七次人口普查的数据显示流动人口为37582万人,与2010年相比,流动人口增长69.73%,这其中就包括了大量的流动妇女。处在经济高速运转的时代,大规模的跨地域人口迁移,已是大势所趋,妇女在流动逐渐家庭化的趋势下作为家庭和睦、社区和顺、社会和谐的重要组成份子,逐步得到社会各界的关注。基于笔者在实习过程中接触到的流动妇女,针对其需求,运用增权理论、社会支持理论对流动妇女就业服务开展个案工作实践。通过运用访谈法、文献研究法以及行动研究等方法,发现案主存在着就业挫败、法律知识缺乏以及社会支持网络薄弱等权利障碍,这一系列的权利障碍都进一步阻碍了案主的工作生活。对此,此次介入的目标为:普及就业法律常识,夯实就业基础、打破就业习得性无助,探索并掌握就业技能、学习社会交往技巧,完善社会支持网络、学习心理疏导方法,进一步走进工作对象内心世界。经过介入,案主通过理论与实操的不断学习,考取了月嫂资格证书并已成功入职,掌握一定的就业法律知识;并通过链接资源,不断完善案主的社会交往网络,案主习得一定的人际交往技巧更好的适应职业的需要;并通过学习一定的自我疏导技巧以及线上女性讲座,习得心理知识并提升一定认知水平。在过程中案主的自我效能感有所提升,工作的无力感的程度得到减轻,成功找到工作,恢复一定的自身社会功能,并积极参与社区的活动,加快案主进一步融入社会。笔者认为每一个案主都具有一定的独特性,所面临的具体情况均有差异,所以个案的方式,能做到根据案主的情况具体问题具体分析,所以本次介入仅是一次对困境流动妇女就业服务的个案尝试,未涉及从根本上推动社会流动妇女就业帮扶为目标的宏观研究,有待于在未来的社会工作干预困境流动妇女就业的实操与理论中挖掘与完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to data from the seventh census in the country,there is a total of 375.82 million,compared with 2010,the floating population increased by 69.73%,which included a lot of migrant women.The continuous development of economic and social development has created conditions for the migration of population.The population flow trend is more obvious,and women are an important group of family harmony,community and smooth,social harmony under the flow of flowing.Based on the concern for the plight of migrant women living on the edge of the city,this paper uses the theory of empowerment and social support to conduct casework intervention research on migrant women in plight.Through the use of interview methods,literature research methods,and action research methods,it is found that the client has lack of legal knowledge and social support network.Obstacles to rights further impede the client’s working life.In this regard,the author and the client have jointly designed and implemented the following goals: popularizing common sense of employment law,consolidating employment foundation,breaking employment acquired helplessness,exploring and mastering employment skills,learning communication skills,improving social support network,and learning psychology Easing method,further into the inner world of the object of work.After intervention,the client obtained the qualification certificate of Yuesao through continuous study of theory and practical operation,and has successfully entered the job,mastering certain employment law knowledge;Certain interpersonal skills can better adapt to the needs of the occupation;and by learning certain self-coaching skills and female lectures,they can acquire psychological knowledge and improve a certain level of cognition.In the process,the client’s sense of self-efficacy has been improved,the degree of powerlessness at work has been reduced,he has successfully found a job,recovered a certain social function,and actively participates in community activities to accelerate the client’s further integration into society.The author believes that this intervention is only a case study of employment assistance for migrant women in distress,and does not involve a macro-research aimed at fundamentally promoting employment assistance for social migrant women.Mining and perfecting in operation and theory.更多还原
