【摘要】 如何培养和促进承包商的合作行为,是确保项目成功、高效交付建设项目的关键问题。为了促进共赢局面、实现项目成功,针对承包商合作行为构建适宜且有效的动态治理机制是必不可少的。因此,本研究以分析承包商合作行为的治理机制为核心,探讨合同治理和关系治理对承包商合作行为的影响,以及合同治理和关系治理共同对承包商合作行为的影响路径,并探讨合同治理和关系治理治理效果受项目冲突情境干扰的动态变化。本研究在质性分析中,运用基于扎根理论的探索性分析方法对14个访谈案例编码分析,挖掘出合作行为、合同治理、关系治理和项目冲突情境的内涵和维度,初步构建本研究的理论模型。其后,以交易成本理论、关系交换理论、委托代理理论和权变理论为依据,提出相应的研究假设,进一步完善研究模型。在定量分析中,采用多元线性回归和Bootstrapping检验方法对243份有效问卷数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)合同治理和关系治理对承包商合作行为均有显著的正向影响;(2)合同治理对承包商合作行为存在经过关系治理的部分中介效应影响;(3)任务冲突情境对关系治理与合作行为间关系产生负向调节作用;过程冲突情境对合同治理与合作行为间关系、关系治理与合作行为间关系均产生正向调节作用;关系冲突情境无调节作用;(4)项目冲突情境中仅有过程冲突发挥了对合同治理中介影响路径的正向调节作用。本研究的研究贡献在于:第一,本研究从工程项目实践的角度丰富了合作行为、合同治理、关系治理、项目冲突情境的具体含义。第二,本研究补充了合同治理和关系治理影响路径的研究。第三,本研究为合同治理和关系治理动态治理机制提供了新的情境视角。第四,不同项目冲突情境的调节作用差异为冲突策略提供新的方向。第五,本研究定性与定量分析相结合的方法为后续工程领域相关研究提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to cultivate and promote the cooperative behavior of contractors is the key issue to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of construction projects.In order to promote the win-win situation and achieve the success of the project,it is essential to build an appropriate and effective dynamic governance mechanism for contractors’ cooperative behavior.Therefore,this study focuses on the analysis of the governance mechanism of contractor’s cooperative behavior,and discusses the influence of contractual governance and relational governance on contractor’s cooperative behavior,as well as the jointly influence path of contract governance and relationship governance on contractor’s cooperative behavior together.This study also explores the effect of different project conflict senarios moderating the influence path of contractual governance and relational governance on contractor’s cooperative behavior.In the qualitative analysis,the exploratory analysis method based on grounded theory is used to analyze14 interview cases,so as to dig out the connotation and dimension of cooperative behavior,contract governance,relationship governance and project conflict senarios,and preliminarily construct the theoretical model of this study.Then,based on the transaction cost theory,relational exchange theory,principal-agent theory and contingency theory,the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward,and the research model are further constructed.In the quantitative analysis,the data of 243 valid questionnaires are empirically studied by using multiple linear regression and Bootstrapping test.The results indicate that:(1)Both contractual governance and relational governance have significant positive effects on contractor’s cooperative behavior;(2)Contractual governance has a partial mediating effect on contractor’s cooperative behavior through relational governance;(3)Task conflict senario has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between relational governance and cooperative behavior;Process conflict senario has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between contract governance and cooperative behavior and the relationship between relational governance and cooperative behavior;However,relationship conflict senario has no moderating effect;(4)Among the three project conflict senarios,only process conflict plays a positive moderating role on the mediation influence path of contract governance.The research contributions of this study are as follows: First,from the perspective of engineering project practice,this study enriches the specific meanings of cooperative behavior,contractual governance,relational governance and project conflict senarios.Second,this study complements the research on the influence path of contractual governance and relational governance.Thirdly,this study provides a new perspective of scenario for the dynamics of governance mechanisms of contract governance and relationship governance.Fourthly,differences in the moderating effects of different project conflict scenarios provide a new direction for conflict strategies.Fifthly,the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis in this study provides a new idea for subsequent researches in the engineering field.更多还原
