教育生态学视角下的本科教学质量提升策略研究

【摘要】 教学的核心是教师的教与学生的学,其保障措施则是高水平、科学化的管理。教学作为高等学校培养人才的主要途径和手段,其质量优劣对高校人才培养质量具有重要影响。优化和提升本科教学质量是建设高水平一流大学,培养高质量人才的重要途径。本人以湖南农业大学为研究样本,基于教育生态学的视角,通过对本科教学生态系统的理论分析,提炼出影响教学质量的四大核心生态因子(学生、教师、教学管理者、环境),并通过对1736份有效调查问卷的统计分析,得出该校本科教学生态系统中上述四个因子存在的问题:一是部分大学生对学习的满意度较低且学习动机不明确;二是部分教师教学素养欠缺;三是教学管理存在形式化;四是教学内容单一、课堂氛围枯燥、教学条件有待提升、校园文化、学风建设有待加强等环境问题。基于调查结果与教育生态学理论,探讨了这四个因子在生态系统中相互影响的情况以及影响本科教学质量的作用机制:学生作为消费者是影响本科教学质量的根本因素;教师作为生产者是影响本科教学质量的主要因素;教学管理者作为分解者是影响本科教学质量的重要因素;而环境作为支撑因素也对本科教学质量具有一定影响。对于如何通过改善上述限制影响因子有效提升本科教学质量方面,笔者基于人本主义理论以及教育生态学理论提出以下几点策略:第一是拓展学生、教师和教学管理人员的生态位,更好地发挥他们的教学功能和作用;第二是构建学生、教师、教学管理人员和环境四者之间良性的、稳定的作用关系,使教学生态系统的结构更加稳定;第三是构建生态化的教学环境,为教学实践活动的开展提供一个开放的、稳定的教学条件保障。
【Abstract】 The core of teaching is the teaching of teachers and the learning of students,and its guarantee measures are high-level and scientific management.Teaching is the main way and means of cultivating talents in colleges and universities,and its quality has an important influence on the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Optimizing and improving the quality of undergraduate teaching is an important way to build a high-level first-class university and cultivate high-quality talents.Taking Hunan Agricultural University as the research sample,based on the perspective of educational ecology,through the theoretical analysis of undergraduate teaching ecosystem,four core ecological impact factors(students,teachers,teaching managers,environment)are extracted,and through the statistical analysis of 1736 effective survey papers,the problems of the above four factors in the undergraduate teaching ecosystem of Hunan Agricultural University are concluded as follows: 1 It is that some college students’ satisfaction with learning is low and learning motivation is not clear;second,some teachers’ teaching quality is lack;third,teaching management is formalized;fourth,teaching content is single,classroom atmosphere is boring,teaching conditions need to be improved,and the construction of campus culture and study style needs to be strengthened.Based on the survey results and the theory of educational ecology,this paper discusses the interaction of these four factors in the ecosystem and the mechanism of influencing the undergraduate teaching ecosystem(teaching quality): students as consumers are the fundamental factors affecting the undergraduate teaching ecosystem(teaching quality),teachers as producers are the main factors affecting the system(teaching quality)Managers as decomposers are important factors affecting the system(teaching quality),and environment as a supporting factor also has a certain impact on the undergraduate teaching ecosystem(teaching quality).For how to effectively improve the quality of undergraduate teaching by improving the above limiting factors,the author puts forward the following strategies based on the humanistic theory and the theory of Educational Ecology: The first is to expand the ecological niche of students,teachers,and teaching administrators to better play their teaching functions and roles;the second is to build a benign and stable relationship between students,teachers,teaching administrators and the environment,To make the structure of the teaching ecosystem more stable;the third is to build an ecological teaching environment to provide an open and stable guarantee of teaching conditions for the development of teaching practice activities.
