电力企业ERP物资管理项目实施研究

【摘要】 湖北送变电工程有限公司,是湖北电力公司的重要分支,支撑着整个湖北省的送变电工作,为生产经营和生活提供了有利的支持。确保湖北送变电工程有限公司的管理有序、物流通达、资金充足、信息通达,具有重要的意义。本文以湖北送变电工程有限公司作为研究对象,以ERP系统的应用作为研究内容。本论文首先简要介绍了研究背景和意义、国内外在ERP系统运用上的研究现状,详细的介绍了ERP系统的发展应用,从简单发展到高级,从局部发展到全面,从简单的物流管理发展到物流、信息流、资金流合三为一的统一管理,描述了ERP给电力企业物资管理带来的变革和作用。接下去介绍了湖北送变电工程有限公司的相关情况,应用ERP系统所带来的改变,以及存在的问题和解决方案。针对ERP系统进驻公司以后,所带来的改变,在各方面进行了效果评价,如物资管理、基础信息、采购管理、库存管理等方面。最后,文章深化了ERP系统在物资管理应用中的应用分析。物资管理在电力企业中的应用,即给管理带来了便利,也同时提出了更高的要求。因此,本文在结合国内外ERP系统在电力企业的应用现状下,研究ERP系统在湖北送变电工程有限公司的应用,对其他电力企业应用ERP系统,具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Hubei electirc power transmission and subsation engineering Co.,Ltd.is an important branch of Hubei electric power company,which supporting the electirc power transmission in Hubei province and providing favorable support for production,operation and life.It is of great significance to ensure the management order,logistics accessibility,sufficient funds and information accessibility of Hubei electirc power transmission and subsation engineering Co.,Ltd..This paper takes Hubei electirc power transmission and subsation engineering Co.,Ltd.as the research object and the application of ERP system as the research content.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research and the current status of the ERP system.It introduces the development and application of ERP system from simple to advanced,from local to comprehensive,from simple logistics management to the integrated management of logistics,information flow and capital flow.And it describes the change and function of ERP to power enterprise material management.Secongly,it introduces the relevant situation of Hubei electirc power transmission and subsation engineering Co.,Ltd..The progress which brought by the application of ERP system,the existing problems and solutions.In view of the changes brought by ERP system,the effect evaluation is carried out in various aspects,such as material management,basic information,procurement management and inventory management.thirdly,the paper deepens the application of ERP system in material management.The application of material management in electric power enterprises brings convenience to the management,but also raises higher requirements.Therefore,this paper,in combination with the domestic and foreign ERP system in the current situation of power enterprises,research ERP system in Hubei power transmission engineering limited company application,ERP system for other power enterprises,has some reference.
