【摘要】 随着信息化时代的来临,企业所面临的市场竞争也越来越激烈。面对这种困境,单独的企业发展模式也逐渐演变为行业内多个企业的串联模式。这种串联模式下形成的生态圈需要企业与企业之间在基于互信的基础,达到真实的共同协作,信息共享,资源互补,最终激发各个参与者的价值。因此从政府机构成立并延伸出来的第三方检测机构也必须随着这一变化而发生转变,为企业之间的互信基础搭建值得信赖和方便的服务平台。首先,本文基于企业间合作所必须的互信理论,通过访谈法对来自企业内部、和外部的不同角色、职能以及年龄的人员进行调研,发现两点影响企业互信的问题原因:(1)企业内部主要原因:办事效率低、无晋升机制、无培训机制、薪资计算问题、部门协作问题以及诉求解决问题;(2)企业外部主要原因是监管缺失、信任度低、责任不明确、各自为阵、无法解决客户需求等。其次,通过在互信理论中融合了平台这一技术理论手段,创新性地提出了基于平台的作用来解决生态圈内各企业互信的思想,并从理论上得到解决企业互信问题的如下四点原因:(1)平台能打破信息壁垒,解决信息不对称的问题,使生态圈内的各参与体信息共享,产生基本信任;(2)平台能够搭建起沟通的渠道,使平台各参与体能够及时、在线的进行交流,提高问题的解决能力以及办事效率,解决组织与组织之间沟通不畅的问题,增强组织间的信任;(3)平台搭建的信任机制,使得各参与方之间的协作增强,信息更加透明,约束性的信任评价体系能促使平台各参与方更加信任彼此。(4)平台作为介质纽带,能够对生态圈内的各主体进行资源整合,生产资料重组,共同释放、创造新的价值,提供了创新的环境,使得生态圈内的各主体能够共同发展,互利互惠。最后,以S公司的平台为基础,我们从如下三个方面提出的理论机制进行实际的研究和论证:(1)加强沟通交流和建立共同发展的愿景;(2)建立信息共享机制和相互协作的互信文化;(3)建立企业之间的信用评价机制;3个方面的构建,可以初步实现企业之间的互信。最终希望通过搭建的平台无论从法律层面和技术层面实现企业互信的氛围,并为达到在多方互信认可的基础上,将资源整合和配置优化,给企业提供相互协作和协作创新的空间,让企业在互信合作中成长壮大。同时也为S公司未来的发展起到支撑作用,并为类似的传统企业转型起到借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of informatization age,the market competition faced by enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Faced with this dilemma,a single enterprise development model has gradually evolved into a series model of multiple enterprises in the industry.The ecosystem formed under this series mode requires enterprises and enterprises to achieve real joint collaboration,information sharing,and resource complementation based on mutual trust,and ultimately stimulate the value of each participant.Therefore,third-party testing agencies established and extended from government agencies must also change with this change to build a trustworthy and convenient service platform for mutual trust between enterprises.First of all,based on the theory of mutual trust necessary for cooperation between enterprises,this thesis uses interview methods to investigate people from different roles,functions and ages inside and outside the enterprise,and finds two reasons for the problems affecting enterprise mutual trust:(1)Internal enterprise The main reasons: low work efficiency,no promotion mechanism,no training mechanism,salary calculation problems,departmental collaboration problems,and appeals to solve problems;(2)The main external reasons for the company are lack of supervision,low trust,unclear responsibilities,separate teams,Unable to solve customer needs,etc.Secondly,through the integration of the platform as a technical theory in the theory of mutual trust,the platform-based role is innovatively proposed to solve the idea of mutual trust among enterprises in the ecosystem,and the following four reasons for solving the problem of mutual trust among enterprises are theoretically obtained.:(1)The platform can break information barriers,solve the problem of information asymmetry,and enable all participants in the ecosystem to share information and generate basic trust;(2)The platform can build communication channels so that all participants of the platform can be timely,Communicate online,improve problem-solving ability and work efficiency,solve the problem of poor communication between organizations and organizations,and enhance trust between organizations;(3)The trust mechanism built on the platform enables collaboration between all parties Enhancement,more transparency of information,and a binding trust evaluation system can promote platform participants to trust each other more.(4)As a media link,the platform can integrate resources,reorganize production materials,release and create new value together,provide an innovative environment,and enable all entities in the ecosystem to develop together and benefit each other.Reciprocity.Finally,based on the platform of S company,we conduct actual research and demonstration from the theoretical mechanism proposed in the following three aspects:(1)Strengthen communication and establish a vision for common development;(2)Establish an information sharing mechanism and A culture of mutual trust and mutual cooperation;(3)Establish a credit evaluation mechanism between enterprises;the construction of three aspects can initially realize mutual trust between enterprises.In the end,it is hoped that through the establishment of the platform,the atmosphere of mutual trust between enterprises can be realized at the legal and technical levels,and to achieve the integration and optimization of resources on the basis of mutual trust and recognition of multiple parties,and provide enterprises with space for mutual cooperation and collaboration and innovation,so that enterprises can Grow and grow in mutual trust and cooperation.At the same time,it also supports the future development of S company and serves as a reference for the transformation of similar traditional enterprises.更多还原
