【摘要】 世界文化遗产是一个民族代代相传的精神财富,世界文化遗产档案是国家档案资源的重要组成部分,完整展现了世界文化遗产发展传承的历史脉络,承载了文化遗产所蕴含的历史记忆,对传承文化遗产的历史文化价值、守护民族精神家园、提振民族文化自觉和文化自信有不可替代的作用。然而,世界文化遗产档案资源分散、多元、异质的特征在很大程度上阻碍了其档案价值的发挥,因此对世界文化遗产档案资源开展整合工作势在必行。文章首先对世界文化遗产档案资源整合中涉及的诸多基本概念和理论基础进行梳理和分析,重点探讨了世界文化遗产档案资源的内容结构以及特殊属性,并对全宗理论、档案资源整合理论、社会记忆理论、文化遗产保护理论等理论依据进行解读。继而文章从实践层面出发,对世界文化遗产档案资源整合现状进行分析,总结得出档案收集工作存在纰漏、遗产档案保管地点分散、“数据孤岛”现象明显、资源共享服务尚未开展等现实性问题,通过进一步的分析,将其直接原因归结为世界文化遗产档案的独特属性、缺乏强有力的法律规范支撑、标准体系尚不完善、封闭保守的资源理念、条块分割的遗产管理体制等。在此基础上,文章结合世界文化遗产的管理需求探讨了世界文化遗产档案资源整合的必要性和可行性。之后,文章从实践中总结提炼了三种世界文化遗产档案资源整合模式,分别是档案资源中心模式、监测与档案系统一体化模式和数字人文模式。继而从客体、主体、方法、技术和服务五个维度,剖析了三种模式的实现机制,讨论了各类模式的适用范围,同时结合苏州园林档案馆、大运河遗产监测与档案系统、数字敦煌等案例对各类模式做了进一步的论述与分析。在前文分析的基础上,以世界文化遗产“良渚古城遗址”为例,从该遗产的档案管理实际情况出发,为其匹配相应的档案资源整合模式,探讨其目前档案资源整合模式的应用策略以及未来的发展方向。文章在最后总结梳理了主要结论,同时指出了研究不足,并对未来的研究进行了展望。未来仍需加强对“世界文化遗产档案”相关课题的研究,并开展更加广泛深入的调研,结合更多的实践案例,进一步探讨各类世界文化遗产档案资源整合具体的实现机制和应用场景。更多还原

【Abstract】 World cultural heritage is the spiritual wealth of a nation passed down from generation to generation.World Cultural Heritage Archives are an important part of national archives resources,which fully show the historical context of the development and inheritance of world cultural heritage,carry the historical memory contained in cultural heritage,and have great significance for inheriting the historical and cultural value of cultural heritage,protecting the national spiritual home,protecting the national cultural heritage,and protecting the national spiritual home It plays an irreplaceable role in boosting national cultural consciousness and cultural confidence.However,the scattered,diverse and heterogeneous characteristics of the World Cultural Heritage Archives resources to a large extent hinder the exertion of its archival value,so it is imperative to carry out the integration of the World Cultural Heritage Archives resources.This paper first combs and analyzes many basic concepts and theoretical basis involved in the integration of World Cultural Heritage Archives resources,focuses on the content structure and special attributes of World Cultural Heritage Archives resources,and interprets the theoretical basis.Then,from the practical view,the paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of World Cultural Heritage Archives resources,and concludes that there are some practical problems in the collection of archives,such as mistakes,scattered storage sites of Heritage Archives,"Data Island" phenomenon is obvious,and resource sharing service has not yet been carried out,The direct reasons are the unique attributes of the World Cultural Heritage Archives,the lack of strong legal support,the imperfect standard system,the closed and conservative resource concept,and the fragmented heritage management system.On this basis,the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the integration of World Cultural Heritage Archives Resources in combination with the management needs of the world cultural heritage.After that,the paper summarizes and refines three modes of integration of World Cultural Heritage Archives resources from practice,namely,the mode of archives resource center,the mode of integration of monitoring and archives system and the mode of Digital Humanities.Then,from the five dimensions of object,subject,method,technology and service,the paper analyzes the realization mechanism of the three modes,discusses the application scope of various modes,and further discusses and analyzes various modes combined with Suzhou garden archives,Grand Canal Heritage monitoring and archives system,Digital Dunhuang and other cases.On the basis of the previous analysis,taking the world cultural heritage "Liangzhu ancient city site" as an example,this paper starts from the actual situation of the heritage’s file management,matches the corresponding file resource integration mode,and discusses the application strategy and future development direction of its current file resource integration mode.In the end,the paper summarizes the main conclusions,points out the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the future research.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the related topics of "World Cultural Heritage Archives",and carry out more extensive and in-depth research,combined with more practical cases,to further explore the specific implementation mechanism and application scenarios of various types of World Cultural Heritage Archives resources integration.更多还原
