基于行为心理的乡村民宿设计

【摘要】 随着城市节奏生活加快,人们开始追求可以令自己身心放松的地方。在全球旅游业受到疫情的影响之下,乡村旅游已经成为了当前的热门话题,而后随着国家政策的扶持,其数量呈现爆发式增长,与此同时带来民宿“同质化”、农家乐质量参差不齐等问题。人们渴望能够在乡村中得到精神的放松,过上“板桥人渡水声,茅檐日闻鸡鸣”般的生活,相较于传统酒店,乡村民宿更加注重人在精神上的满足,以人文本,一直也是设计基本的原则与理念。本文以行为心理为主导方向,从多个角度去分析人的行为心理,探究设计出更加符合乡村生态居住的民宿。文章对行为心理、心理层次、乡村民宿的产生、发展,以及行为心理与民宿空间的关系逐一解析,并选取了三个重点案例进行实地考察,分析在乡村民宿中人的行为心理的特征,采用问卷调查的方式得出各空间设计要点对旅客行为心理产生的影响,再利用其跟整体满意因素进行对比,得出结论;同时观察旅客在空间中的行为活动以及来乡村民宿中的目的、需求等,为情感性乡村民宿的营造提出更多的现实依据,最后基于马斯洛层次需求的理论提出了空间复合、视觉连续、空间自然、互动体验的设计原则,并以此提出基于行为心理的公共、居住空间策略研究。结合上述分析总结的数据以及原则与策略对江苏兴化“云筑”民宿进行设计,从民宿功能布局、平面设计、空间营造等多方面入手,突出兴化市的自然风光、人文风俗等,给旅客一个自然、舒适、亲近田野的旅居环境,致力为以行为心理为主导的乡村民宿提供价值参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated pace of urban life,people begin to pursue places where they can relax physically and mentally.Under the influence of the global tourism epidemic,rural tourism has become a hot topic.With the support of national policies,the number of rural tourism shows an explosive growth.At the same time,it brings problems such as "homogenization" of B & B and uneven quality of farmhouse entertainment.People are eager to get spiritual relaxation in the countryside and live a life like "Banqiao people crossing the water and Maoyan people hearing the crowing of chickens".Compared with traditional hotels,rural B & B pays more attention to people’s spiritual satisfaction.Taking people as text has always been the basic principle and concept of design.This paper takes the behavior psychology as the leading direction,analyzes people’s behavior psychology from multiple angles,and explores the design of B & B more in line with the rural ecological living.This paper analyzes the behavior psychology,psychological level,the emergence and development of rural B & B,as well as the relationship between behavior psychology and B & B space one by one,and selects three key cases for field investigation,analyzes the characteristics of people’s behavior psychology in rural B & B,obtains the influence of each space design key point on passengers’ behavior psychology by questionnaire survey,and then uses it to follow the whole Finally,based on Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory,the paper puts forward the design principles of space compound,visual continuity,space nature and interactive experience,and puts forward the design principles based on travel satisfaction For psychological public and residential space strategy research.Combined with the data,principles and Strategies of the above analysis and summary,this paper designs the "Yunzhu" B & B in Xinghua,Jiangsu Province.Starting from the functional layout,graphic design,space construction and other aspects of B & B,it highlights the natural scenery and cultural customs of Xinghua City,so as to provide a natural,comfortable and field friendly living environment for tourists,and strive to provide value for the behavior Oriented Rural B & B reference resources.更多还原
