【摘要】 有机硅是一种不以石油类为原材料的有机材料,具有突出的耐温性、耐候性能、低可燃性和可修复性等优秀性能,可以广泛满足汽车、医疗、个人护理等行业不同类型的多元化需求,随着人们对有机硅产品需求的与日俱增,有机硅产业发展的重要性日益凸显。有机硅产业具有地类要求高、产业关联性强、上下游配合紧等特征,只有进行产业集群发展才能整合企业、政府、科研机构等各方资源,推进产业链条全面延伸,推动有机硅产业区域融合,实现高质高效发展。本文在研究国内外文献的基础上,深入学习研究战略管理、产业集群化发展等理论,以永修县有机硅产业为例,深入政府部门、园区、企业调研走访,召开座谈会,详细了解一线素材,对有机硅产业全面进行SWOT等分析。有机硅集群化发展是有机硅产业做大做强的必由之路,产业集群化发展不仅要从企业内部分析企业存在的问题,还要跳出企业看产业整体发展状况,从企业与企业间、企业与政府间、企业与科研院间的联动发展方面,分析产业集群存在的问题和原因,进而深挖了发展定位不够精准、龙头带动效应不强、产业链条不完善、融资难、安全环保限制、品牌建设乏力、人才吸引乏力等方面的问题,剖析内部及外部因素,综合分析有机硅产业在企业实力、基础设施、市场环境、科技创新、政策环境等方面面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁情况,进一步坚定永修有机硅集群化发展的信心和决心。并从企业、园区、地方三个层级借鉴建德有机硅、瓦克化学有机硅、东岳有机硅发展经验,启示有机硅产业集群化举措,进一步明确战略目标、实现路径。通过以上情况分析、经验启示,结合战略管理理论和产业集群化理论,从明确有机硅产业发展方向与目标、完善产业链、做强产业竞争力、健全有机硅集群化发展政策等方面,对永修有机硅产业集群发展提出了适当建议。这些建议具有较强的理论基础,实用性、操作性强,很好地契合有机硅产业发展,能够有效促进有机硅产业集聚集群,能够为有机硅产业持久发展提供理论支撑和实践经验,为有机硅产业提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Silicone is a kind of organic material which does not use petroleum as its raw material.It has outstanding properties such as temperature resistance,weather resistance,low flammability and repairability,with the increasing demand for organosilicon products,the importance of the development of organosilicon industry is becoming more and more important.The organosilicon industry is characterized by high requirements on land,strong industrial relevance and tight coordination between upstream and downstream.Only by developing industrial clusters can the resources of enterprises,governments,scientific research institutions and other parties be integrated and the industrial chain be extended in an all-round way,promote the regional integration of organic silicon industry to achieve high-quality and efficient development.On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper studies the theories of strategic management,industrial cluster development and so on.Taking the silicone industry in Yongxiu County as an example,this paper goes deep into the government departments,parks and enterprises to conduct research visits,and holds symposiums,detailed understanding of the first-line materials,the organic silicon industry SWOT analysis.The development of organic silicon cluster is the only way to make organic silicon industry bigger and stronger.The development of industrial cluster should not only analyze the problems existing in the enterprises from the inside,but also jump out of the enterprises to see the overall development of the industries,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of industrial clusters from the joint development of enterprises and enterprises,enterprises and governments,enterprises and scientific research institutes,further,the author dug into the problems such as the imprecise positioning of development,the weak leading effect,the imperfect industrial chain,the difficulty in financing,the limitation of safety and environmental protection,the weakness of brand building and the weakness of attracting talents,and analyzed the internal and external factors,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by organic silicon industry in enterprise strength,infrastructure,market environment,science and Technology Innovation,policy environment and so on are comprehensively analyzed,further strengthen the confidence and determination of Yongxiu organic silicon cluster development.From the three levels of enterprise,park and local,we can learn from the development experience of Jiande organic silicon,wacker chemical organic silicon and Mount Tai Organic silicon.Through the above situation analysis,experience enlightenment,combined with strategic management theory and industrial cluster theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of silicone industry cluster in Yongxiu from the aspects of making clear the development direction and target of silicone industry,perfecting the industry chain,strengthening the industrial competitiveness and perfecting the clustering development policy of silicone industry.These suggestions have a strong theoretical basis,are practical and operational,are well suited to the development of organic silicon industry,and can effectively promote the industrial cluster of organic silicon,it can provide theoretical support and practical experience for the sustainable development of the organic silicon industry and provide reference for the organic silicon industry.更多还原
