【摘要】 自1988年我国首条高速公路顺利完工通车,到2019年底,我国高速公路的通车总里程达到了14.96万公里,稳稳位居世界的第一位。现在高速公路是越修越长,车辆也越来越多,道路拥堵、事故频发、雾天闭站、货车超载等高速公路单位所面临的问题也逐渐增多。“高速公路不高速”的印象正逐步在驾乘人员的形成,如果高速公路企业不着手解决这类问题,也将影响着企业的发展。在当今大数据背景下,利用数据处理和分析的方法和手段科学地发现、分析并解决问题,这是如今企业运营管理进步,增加可持续发展动力的重要途经。本文以A企业高速公路运营通行管理范围内的道路为研究对象,利用大数据处理和分析方法,对A企业2019年高速公路的车辆通行数据进行了统计分析。通过分析A企业高速公路路段运营现状,挖掘出A企业高速公路运营通行管理存在的问题并分析该问题的原因及影响,进而提出A企业高速公路运营通行管理的一系列对策。研究结果发现,A企业高速公路在运营管理中主要存在道路拥堵、货车超载、收费站封闭这三个亟需解决的问题。基于A企业高速公路路段运营现状的实际情况,针对所提出的问题详细分析了其原因及造成的不良影响。最后,结合A企业的实际情况,提出了应对问题下的高速公路运营通行管理的对策方案,如针对拥堵问题,短期可采取信号疏导的管理方式、中期则需进行改扩建、长期采用自由行的管理方式;针对货车超载问题,可通过差异化收费和服务区路警联合非现场执法来解决;另外,可通过全天候示范路保障恶劣天气高速公路通行不闭站等。本文通过对A企业高速公路的运营通行管理问题分析提出的解决方案不仅可以有效的提高A企业对高速公路的运营通行管理水平,也可以为全国其他面临类似问题的高速企业提供一定的运营通行管理方案的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the first expressway of our country was completed and opened to traffic in 1988,our country’s expressway mileage has reached 149,600 kilometers by the end of 2019,continuing to rank first in the world.However,as the expressway getting longer and longer,there are more and more vehicles,the problems faced by expressway units such as road congestion,frequent accidents,station closures in foggy days,and truck overloads are gradually increasing.The impression of "expressway no longer high-speed" is gradually being formed in drivers and passengers.If expressway Enterprises do not start to solve such problems,it will also affect the development of the enterprises.Nowadays,in order to operation management progress and provide the motivation for the sustainable development of these enterprises,it’s an important way to use the methods and means of data processing and analysis to scientifically discover,analyze and solve problems under the background of big data.In this thesis,take the roads within the management scope of expressway enterprise A as the research object,and uses data processing methods and means to carry out statistical analysis and visual processing of the vehicle traffic data of the expressway in 2019.By analyzing the current situation of expressway section operation of enterprise a,this paper digs out the problems existing in expressway operation and traffic management of company a,analyzes the causes and effects of the problems,and then puts forward a series of countermeasures for expressway operation and traffic management of enterprise A.The results show that there are three urgent problems to be solved in the operation and management of enterprise A expressway: road congestion,Truck Overload and toll station closure.Based on the actual situation of expressway section operation of company a,the causes and adverse effects of the proposed problems are analyzed in detail.Finally,combined with the actual situation of company a,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for expressway operation and traffic management under the problem,for congestion problems,a signal diversion management method can be adopted in the short term,in the medium term,it is necessary to be modified and expanded,and a long-term free-run management method is adopted;the problem of truck overload can be solved through differentiated toll collection and off-site law enforcement by road police in service areas;in addition,all-weather demonstration roads can be used to ensure unclosed stations on expressway in severe weather,etc.The solution proposed in this thesis through the analysis of expressway enterprise A’s operation management problems can not only effectively improve enterprise A’s expressway operation management level,but provide some reference for operation management plans for other high-speed companies facing similar problems across the country.更多还原
