【摘要】 绿色代表了生命的颜色,也是当代中国发展进程中最鲜明的背景色。最新发布的《第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中指出,要全面推动绿色发展,积极促进人与自然和谐共生。在全面推进绿色发展的当下,开展城市绿色空间规划的紧迫性日益凸显,逐步加强城市绿色空间建设是时代发展的要求,也是提升人类生活品质、提高人民生活幸福感的重要载体之一。社区级绿色空间是城市中最具有亲和力的城市绿色空间,与人们的生活息息相关,社区级绿色空间配置的公平与否事关居民的生活质量和社会公平,因此有必要对社区级绿色空间配置问题开展相关研究。基于以上目的,论文将“沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置与优化研究”作为选题,首先对研究对象进行明确的界定,在吸收了国内外学者对于绿色空间评价与优化研究成果的基础上,综合使用实地调查法、ArcGIS空间分析法以及定性定量相结合分析法,构建沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置评价模型,从数量配置、空间可达、环境质量、功能适应四个维度对沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置进行综合评价。评价结果显示沈阳市社区级绿色空间整体配置水平偏低,现状配置存在的问题有:层级结构不合理,空间布局不均衡;空间覆盖不完整,空间可达不满足;环境品质待优化,质量差异需补足;功能类型需丰富,配套设施待健全。分析沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置综合评价结果,发现空间差异特征表现为:社区绿色空间综合水平得分呈圈层梯度差异分布,一环至二环之间综合水平最高;综合水平较高的社区沿主要交通干道集聚分布;人口重心区综合水平低于全市平均水平。造成这种空间差异结果的影响因素主要包括历史惯性因素、城市规划因素、市场机制因素以及人口特征等因素。在此分析基础上提出沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置总体优化思路和分区配置引导策略,优化社区级绿色空间布局,提升已配置社区级绿色空间品质,以达到缩减区域配置差异、促进配置均衡公平的目的。城市绿色空间布局与规划是当今城市推进绿色发展过程中面临的重要问题,越来越多的受到国内外研究者的重视,也必将成为今后一定时期内研究的重点。本文期望通过对沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置现状的综合分析评价,总结沈阳市现状社区级绿色空间配置的问题所在,研究沈阳市社区级绿色空间空间差异,并结合定性定量研究结果提出沈阳市社区级绿色空间配置优化措施和改善对策。为社区绿色空间建设评价、量化提升社区级绿色空间综合品质提供技术模型。为沈阳市社区建设、绿色空间体系规划以及社区公共空间质量提升提供现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green represents the color of life and is also the most vivid background color in the development process of contemporary China.The newly released "Outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and 2035 Vision Goals" pointed out that it is necessary to promote green development on a global scale and actively promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.At the time when green development is being promoted in an all-round way,urgency of planning urban green spaces is becoming increasingly important.Gradually strengthening the construction of urban green spaces was a development requirement at the time and one of the key actors to improve the human life quality and social well-being.Community-level green spaces are the best green spaces in the city and are closely linked to the way of life of the community.Whether the distribution of community-level green space is fair or not is related to the quality of life of of citizens and social equity.Therefore,it is necessary to allocate community-level green space.Carry out relevant research.Based on the above objectives,the paper chooses "Shenyang Community-level Green Space Allocation and Optimization Research" as the topic.First,the research object is clearly defined.Based on the findings of local and foreign researchers on the assessment and optimization of green space,comprehensively Using field survey methods,Arc GIS spatial analysis methods,and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,a community-level green space allocation evaluation model in Shenyang is constructed,which provides an impact on Shenyang’s community-level green space from the four dimensions of quantity allocation,space accessibility,environmental quality,and functional adaptation.A detailed assessment of the site structure The assessment results show that the level of green space allocation is generally lower than the community level in Shenyang.The current allocation problems include: unreasonable hierarchical structure,unbalanced spatial layout;incomplete space coverage,and unsatisfactory accessibility;environmental quality needs to be optimized,quality differences need to be made up;functional types need to be enriched,and supporting facilities need to be improved.Analyzing the comprehensive evaluation results of the community-level green space allocation in Shenyang City,it is found that the characteristics of the spatial difference are as follows: the comprehensive level of green space in community level showed a gradient distribution of circle level,and the comprehensive level was the highest between the first and second ring.The communities with higher comprehensive level are concentrated and distributed along the main roads.The comprehensive level of the population core area is lower than the average level of the whole city.The influencing factors of this spatial difference mainly include historical inertia factors,urban planning factors,market mechanism factors and demographic characteristics.On the basis of this analysis,the overall optimization idea and districting allocation guiding strategy of community-level green space allocation in Shenyang were proposed,so as to optimize the community-level green space layout and improve the quality of the configured community-level green space,in order to reduce the regional allocation differences,promote the allocation of balanced and fair purposes.The layout and planning of urban green space is an important issue in the process of promoting green development in today’s cities.More and more researchers at home and abroad pay attention to it,and it will certainly become the focus of research in a certain period of time in the future.This paper hopes to analyze and evaluate the current situation of community-level green space allocation in Shenyang,summarize the problems of the current community-level green space allocation in Shenyang,study the differences in community-level green space in Shenyang City,and propose Shenyang community based on the results of qualitative and quantitative research.Optimization measures and improvement measures for the allocation of high-level green space.Provide a technical model for the evaluation of community green space construction and quantitative improvement of the comprehensive quality of community-level green space.Provide practical significance for Shenyang’s community construction,green space system planning,and community public space quality improvement.更多还原
