【摘要】 随着城镇化的逐步推进,高学历流动青年人数与日俱增,对于城镇化进程起到了极大推动作用。高学历流动青年顺利融入城市,是促进城市高质量发展的关键。本文选取高学历流动青年城市融入作为研究主题,通过深入的研究回答了以下3个问题,即高学历流动青年在流入地城市的融入现状如何;影响高学历流动青年城市融入的主要因素包括哪些以及如何提高高学历流动青年的城市融入程度。本文选取了2017年流动人口动态监测数据库中的5687份样本进行实证分析。在分析城市融入现状时,选取了其中9个指标。利用因子分析法将其合并为4个维度:心理融入、文化融入、经济融入及行为融入,并将其标准化为[0,100]间的取值,再利用各部分权重计算出城市融入得分。根据结果分析得到,当前高学历流动青年城市融入水平较低,各维度的城市融入程度不均衡,存在“文化堕距”现象。随后对个体特征自变量与城市融入进行交叉分析,以提高下文分层模型的拟合度。在分析高学历流动青年城市融入的影响因素时,运用分层模型进行探究。首先构建零模型检验模型的适用性情况,得到ICC为0.098(>0.059),通过适用性检验;接着构建个人特征变量层面的随机效应模型,分析个体特征对于城市融入的影响;然后构建了包含城市变量与个体特征变量的全模型,用以探究城市变量对于个体特征变量的交互作用。最终本文提出四个层面的政策建议,以促进高学历流动青年城市融入。第一,夯实高学历流动青年城市融入的制度保障;第二,鼓励多元主体参与高学历流动青年城市融入治理;第三,推进高学历流动青年公共服务均等化供给;第四,优化大中小城市间的资源配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual advancement of urbanization,the number of high-educated migrant youths is increasing day by day,which has greatly promoted the process of urbanization.The smooth integration of high-educated migrant youth into the city is the key to promoting the high-quality development of the city.This paper selects the integration of highly educated mobile youth in cities as the research theme,and hopes that through in-depth research,In order to answer the following 3 questions through in-depth research:how is the integration status of high educated migrant youth in the cities where they enter the city;affects the high degree of education The main factors of urban integration of migrant youth include what and how to improve the degree of urban integration of migrant youth with high academic qualifications.This article selected 5687 samples from the 2017 floating population dynamic monitoring database.When analyzing the status quo of urban integration,nine of these indicators were selected.The factor analysis method is used to merge it into 4 dimensions: psychological integration,cultural integration,economic integration and behavior integration,and standardize them to a value between [0,100],and then use the weight of each part to calculate the city integration score.According to the analysis of the results,the current level of urban integration of high-educated migrant youth is low,and the degree of urban integration in all dimensions is uneven,and there is a phenomenon of "cultural degeneration".Subsequent to cross-analyze individual characteristic independent variables and city integration to improve the fit of the stratified model below.When analyzing the influencing factors of urban integration of highly educated mobile youths,the hierarchical model is used to explore.First,build a zero model to test the applicability of the model,and get an ICC of 0.098(>0.059),which passes the applicability test;then build a random effect model at the level of individual characteristic variables to analyze the impact of individual characteristics on urban integration;then build the inclusion of cities The full model of variables and individual characteristic variables is used to explore the interaction of urban variables on individual characteristic variables.Finally,this article puts forward four levels of policy recommendations to promote the integration of highly educated young mobile youth in the city.First,consolidate the institutional guarantee for the integration of high-educated mobile youth in cities;second,encourage multiple subjects to participate in the governance of the integration of high-educated mobile youth in cities;third,promote the equalized supply of public services for high-educated mobile youths;fourth,optimize large,medium and small cities The allocation of resources between.更多还原
