【摘要】 财务管理与企业战略相结合的企业财务战略管理是一种高级的财务管理方式。企业财务战略管理不适宜会给企业带来财务问题,甚至影响企业发展。近年来新能源行业飞速发展,而新能源行业投融资管理具有其行业特有性质,新能源电站业务开发、建设、运营需要进行大量的投资,大量的投资需要相应的融资跟进。本论文以九洲电气为研究对象,研究了其由原本单一电力设备制造业扩展业务介入新能源业务后的投融资财务战略管理,期望通过本研究对九洲电气提高财务管理水平提供参考和指导,并能够丰富完善财务战略管理理论研究。本论文运用调研法、定量分析法、文献研究法等方法全面分析了九洲电气介入新能源业务后的投融资财务战略的现有情况,指出了九洲电气投融资财务战略管理存在的问题:所投资领域的投资回报率较低、投资规模过大过快、介入新能源领域的时机较晚、投资风险把控不足、投资战略没有全面服务于企业发展战略、资产负债率持续走高、财务杠杆发挥负作用、融资成本高、对子公司以及关联公司的融资担保过高。并且论文对问题成因进行了分析,分析出以下原因:行业政策原因、管理制度因素、公司对财务战略重视不足、公司新能源人才队伍建设以及发展不足、财务以及投融资管理人才队伍建设仍需加强。然后论文针对分析出的九洲电气投融资财务战略管理存在的问题,提出了相应的改进对策。首先叙述了投融资财务战略管理改进原则;接着提出了三方面的改进对策:九洲电气投融资财务战略风险管控;提高投融资财务战略效益;投融资财务战略项目运营管理改进。最后论文在改进建议的基础上制定了相应的保障措施:提升九洲电气投融资财务战略执行力;运用各项管理制度进行保障;合理运用人才保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporate financial strategy management that combines financial management with corporate strategy is an advanced financial management method.Inappropriate corporate financial strategy m anagement will bring financial problems to the enterprise and even affect the development of the enterprise.In recent years,the new energy industry has developed rapidly,and the investment and financing management of the new energy industry has its own industry-specific nature.The development,construction,and operation of new energy power plants require a large amount of investment,and a large amount of investment requires corresponding financing follow-up.This thesis takes JZE as the research object,and studies its investment and financing strategy management after the expansion of the original single power equipment manufacturing business into the new energy business.It is hoped that this research will provide reference and guidance for JZE to im prove its financial management level,and can enrich and improve the theoretical research of financial strategic management.This paper uses survey research methods,quantitative analysis methods,literature research methods and other methods to comprehens ively analyze the current situation of JZE’s investment and financing strategy after its intervention in the new energy business,and point out the problems in JZE’s investment and financing strategy management: The investment return rate in the investment field is low,the investment scale is too large and too fast,the time to intervene in the new energy field is late,the investment risk is not controlled enough,the investment strategy does not fully serve the corporate development strategy,the asset-liability ratio continues to rise,and financial leverage Play a negative role,high financing costs,and excessive financing guarantees for subsidiaries and affiliated companies.In addition,the paper analyzes the causes of the problem and analyzes the following reasons: industry policy reasons,management system factors,the company’s insufficient attention to financial strategies,the company’s new energy talent team construction and insufficient development,financial and investment and financing manage ment talent team construction still needs to be strengthened.Then the thesis puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures in response to the analyzed problems in JZE’s investment and financing strategy management.First,it describes the princip les of investment and financing and financial strategy management improvement;then puts forward three improvement measures: JZE’s investment and financing strategy risk management and control;improving investment and financing financial strategy benefits;investment and financing strategy project operation management improvement.In the end,the paper formulated corresponding safeguard measures based on the improvement suggestions: enhancing JZE’s investment and financing strategy execution;using various management systems for protection;reasonable use of talent protection.更多还原
