【摘要】 2020年初国内遭遇了冠状病毒疫情,经济经历了短暂的冻结,我国的中小企业受重创,为支持中小企业快速发展,政府要求对金融产业进行引导,促使其更好的推动实体经济发展,对金融机构进行引导,加大信用贷投放规模,降低企业贷款成本,有效精准推动实体经济发展,避免资金出现空转或者未能落实的问题,而其中非常有效的金融工具就是供应链金融。供应链金融是基于真实的交易背景开展的金融活动,是坚实地立足于实体经济中的产业而诞生出来的金融活动,是供应链与金融两个领域交叉产生的创新。近年来我国推动实施“互联网+”计划,互联网高新技术和各个行业相融合,互联网金融应运而生。互联网金融是利用互联网技术和信息通信技术实现资金融通、支付、投资和信息中介服务的新型金融业务模式。本文通过参考国内外的相关理论,将互联网金融思维应用于供应链金融的设计研究,以笔者所在的A银行为其客户H医院开展的供应链金融方案为研究对象,为解决以H医院为核心企业的供应链上下游金融服务问题,利用系统构建等方式对原有供应链金融模式进行了改造研究。供应链上游利用区块链技术搭建互联网供应链金融平台,实现医院与供应商供销活动的线上化,把物流、商流、资金流、信息流链条进行衔接,保证了供应链活动中信息的对称,从而开展高效的在线融资。供应链下游利用智慧医院结算平台的搭建,充分利用移动支付技术,依托微信公众号平台与自助设备,将原有医疗结算线上化,可实现预约挂号、线上支付、报告查询等服务,为患者提供了一体化诊疗服务平台,银行在实现结算资金归集的同时,为医院下游患者提供优质的就医体验。利用互联网金融思维,通过上下游平台的搭建,切实提高了A银行的融资效率,降低了运营成本、实现了深度绑定客户。本文提出的互联网供应链平台的设计方案,当前A银行正在推进实施中,设计中的方案较为具体,可实施性强,对于A银行的其他供应链客户可复制,同时对于其他银行供应链金融服务的开展具有参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of 2020,China suffered a coronavirus epidemic,and its economy experienced a brief freeze.China’s small and medium-sized enterprises were severely damaged.In order to support the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises,combined with the guidance of the government to support the real economy,guide financial institutions to expand credit,reduce the cost of loans,and accurately and effectively support the real economy,so as not to allow the funds to be idled or out of reality,supply chain finance Is one of the most effective tools.Supply chain finance is a financial activity based on the real transaction background.It is a financial activity based on the industry in the real economy.It is an innovation produced by the intersection of supply chain and finance.In recent years,China has promoted the implementation of the "Internet plus" plan.Internet technology has been integrated with various industries,and Internet finance has emerged.Internet finance is a new financial business model that uses Internet technology and information communication technology to realize financing,payment,investment and information intermediary services.By referring to the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper applies the Internet financial thinking to the design and research of supply chain finance,and takes the supply chain financial scheme of bank A as its customer and hospital h as the research object,so as to solve the problem of upstream and downstream financial services of the supply chain with hospital h as the core enterprise The paper studies the transformation of the original supply chain financial model by means of system construction.The upstream of the supply chain uses the blockchain technology to build the Internet supply chain financial platform,realize the online supply and marketing activities of hospitals and suppliers,connect the logistics,business flow,capital flow and information flow chain,ensure the symmetry of information in the supply chain activities,and carry out efficient online financing.The supply chain is built on the platform of smart hospital platform,making full use of mobile payment technology,relying on official account platform and self-service equipment of We Chat,to realize the online settlement of the original medical settlement,and to realize the services of appointment registration,online payment,report inquiry and other services,so as to provide an integrated treatment service platform for patients.Quality medical experience.Using the Internet financial thinking,through the construction of upstream and downstream platforms,the financing efficiency of bank A has been effectively improved,the operation cost has been reduced,and the deep binding of customers has been realized.The design scheme of Internet supply chain platform proposed in this paper is currently being implemented by bank A.The scheme in the design is more specific and can be implemented.It can be copied for other supply chain customers of bank A and has reference significance for the development of supply chain financial services of other banks.更多还原
