【摘要】 我国以职业教育为代表的继续教育基础薄弱,公办职业教育机构数量少,且存在进一步缩小招生规模的趋势。在《国家职业教育改革实施方案》、《建设产教融合型企业实施办法》、《加快推进教育现代化实施方案(2018-2022年)》等政策的作用下,单一化经营的文化学校尝试将职业化教育转型作为布局方法,依托国家财政在职业教育方面的倾斜,推动我国文化培训学校发展的变革,成为响应行业发展趋势、推动自身适应文化培训行业市场发展趋势的重点领域。DW文化培训学校作为黑龙江省内知名的文化培训学校,提升企业经营发展水平、促进文化学校多元经营转型在即。尝试将多元化转型作为提升学校经营发展水平、推动企业在职业教育市场取得竞争优势的关键。基于此,本文首先进行DW文化培训学校简介,从企业组织架构、企业业务概况和企业课程体系入手进行诠释。DW文化培训学校当前发展中存在课程体系设计单一、生源裂变潜力不足、公考培训市场饱和、单一业务潜力受限以及师资力量陷入瓶颈等问题。从原因上看,课程设计思路陈旧且缺乏投入、招生渠道单一且裂变方式不足、公务员考试培训类型过于集中、公考持续发展潜力受限且师资力量难以实现协同发展。通过对DW文化培训学校多元化发展的宏观环境和微观环境进行分析,可知DW文化培训学校在政策环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境方面具有优势,但其呈现出优势和劣势并存,机会和挑战并存的状态。基于此,本文进行了DW文化培训学校多元化发展方案设计。分别从客户构成方式设计、课程体系架构设计、招生渠道拓展设计、培训类型线条设计和培训载体类型设计入手进行设计。在执行步骤的规划上,其应当实现应届生与往届生招生并行、课程教授与课程研发同步、总校区与分校区招生并行、公考培训与职业教育并行以及线下教育与线上教育协同。为保障DW文化培训学校多元化经营的成果,也同时应当从课程及组织保障、资金及政策保障和人员及思想保障等方面入手建构保障性机制,提高DW文化培训学校多元化经营发展水平,提升企业的职业化教育竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the tradition of continuing education represented by vocational education foundation is weak,the number of public vocational education institutions is small,and there is a trend to further reduce the scale of enrollment.Implementation scheme of the national vocational education reform,the construction measures for the implementation of integrated enterprise production and education,accelerate the modernization of education implementation plan(2018-2022),such as policy,under the action of diversified business culture schools try to professional education transformation as a layout method,relying on the national finance tilt in vocational education,to promote the development of China’s culture training school change,become a response to the industry development trend,promote its key areas of training to adapt to the culture industry market development trend.As a well-known cultural training school in heilongjiang province,DW cultural training school is on the way to improve the management and development level of enterprises and promote the diversified management transformation of cultural schools.Try to take diversification transformation as the key to improve the level of school management and development and promote enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the vocational education market.Based on this,this paper first carries out a brief introduction of DW culture training school,and interprets it from the perspective of enterprise organizational structure,enterprise business profile and enterprise curriculum system.In the current development of DW cultural training school,there are many problems,such as single curriculum system design,insufficient potential of student source,saturation of public examination training market,limited potential of single business and bottleneck of faculty.From the perspective of the reasons,the curriculum design ideas are old and lack of input,the enrollment channel is single and the fission mode is complementary,the type of civil servant examination training is too concentrated,the public examination sustainable development potential is limited and the faculty is difficult to achieve coordinated development.Through the analysis of the macro-environment and micro-environment of the diversified development of DW cultural training school,it can be seen that DW cultural training school has advantages in policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment,but it presents a state of coexistence of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Based on this,this article carries on the DW culture training school diversification development plan design.The design is carried out from the aspects of customer composition design,curriculum architecture design,enrollment channel expansion design,training type line design and training carrier type design.In terms of the planning of the implementation steps,it should realize the parallel enrollment of new students and previous students,the synchronization of course teaching and course research and development,the parallel enrollment of main campus and branch campus,the parallel public examination training and vocational education,and the coordination of offline education and online education.In order to ensure the diversified operation of DW cultural training schools,it is necessary to construct the guarantee mechanism from the aspects of curriculum and organizational guarantee,fund and policy guarantee,personnel and ideological guarantee,so as to improve the diversified operation and development level of DW cultural training schools and enhance the competitiveness of vocational education.更多还原
