【摘要】 市场犹如博弈的战场,只有努力提升自身实力,企业才能赢得发展先机。以开展员工培训为手段,提升员工素质、培养科技人才、提升核心竞争力,是实现“创新振企,科技兴邦”从制造大国转变成制造强国的主要途径。本文的主要目的是通过对一些大型国企与民企的调研,论证了员工培训在企业发展中发挥的重要作用,同时在员工培训工作引入项目管理方式方法,从而解决大多数企业的培训管理技术不先进,不规范科学的问题,使其有效达到预期效果。本文大胆设想,引入较为先进的项目管理技术改进现有的员工培训管理模式,首先通过对项目管理理论以及对培训项目特征的研究,预判该设想的可行性。在此基础上,本文又从理论上初步构建培训项目管理流程框架,将员工培训作为一个项目进行管理,从而将日常管理与项目管理有机结合,建立起流程管控模型,发挥项目管理技术的作用,从而高效进行计划、组织、协调、控制,并论证将项目管理技术引入培训管理这一设想不仅具有可操作性,而且具有扭转落后培训管控局面的作用,对企业员工培训工作的有效开展具有十分重要的借鉴意义。总结该设想在实践中的操作经验,以及为有效实现提升培训效果等目的,进一步探索项目管理技术应用在员工培训中的合理可行性和其先进的管理效能,最终得出员工培训项目管理模型在员工培训中的应用,能够提高培训成效、调动员工参与积极性、缩短授课时间、降低活动成本、有效避免风险的结论。同时,在某厂员工培训的实践研究中,本文还应用该模型发现影响培训效果的问题以及潜在风险,并采用该管控模型系统进行管理,通过解决问题从实践上再次证明了项目管理应用在员工培训中的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese enterprises will face severe challenge in intense market competition.Therefore,efforts to improving its core competitive power,will become the only way for enterprises to survive and develop.As is known to all,the quality of employees in an enterprise is one of important factors that affect the core competitiveness of enterprise.At present,many enterprises have realized that strengthening employees’ training is an important way to improve the technical level and competence of employees as well as employee’s’ loyalty.This article discusses the importance of employees’ training in enterprise development by investigating and researching a few large state-owned enterprises and private companies.It also points out that the modes of training management of most enterprises have not been standardized and scientized and the result of employees’ training could not reach to enterprises’ expectation.The contradiction between the shortage of talents and the simple and rigid training management mode has come to enterprises’ attention.It has become a problem to be solved.Thus,this article assumes to improve the existing employee training management mode by introducing advanced project management techniques.First of all,summarizes the consistency and relevance between the project management theory and the features of training project through the research and study of both and thus to evaluate the feasibility of the hypothesis.And on this basis,this article theoretically and preliminary setup training project management framework and manage the employees’ training as a project,establish the control models and subsystem model of whole process of training,and theoretically analyse these model which have the functions of creating new training management modes,completing training system module,exerting effectiveness of existing resources,strengthening the important role of evaluation and risk control,therefore demonstrate the hypothesis of introducing project management techniques in training management does not only have manoeuvrability but also has the function to turnaround poor training management.In turn,in order to summarize the operational experience of the hypothesis in practice,as well as to effectively improve the training effect,this article has carried out investigation and research on employees’ training project management of a particular enterprise and further explore reasonable feasibility of application of project management techniques in employee training program and its advanced management efficiency.Finally,it concludes that the application of employees’ training project management in employees’ training will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of employees’ training,improve employees’ quality,reduce training cost and effectively avoid the risk from the training effectively avoid the training risk.This article also found the issues that impact on training result and potential risks through the study of employees’ training in the particular enterprise,and mange by adopting this control system and through problem solving to prove the advantages of the application of project management in employees’ training once again.It also hopes this research can help to further popularize the project management and apply in other areas,therefore provide a new reasonable and feasible method to improve managing techniques.更多还原
