川西高原双车道公路高速化技术研究

【摘要】 本文依托四川省交通运输厅科技项目—高原山区高速化公路技术标准研究。四川西部高原地区存在地广人稀、交通量小、环境脆弱和投资压力大等特点,如果按照现有标准建设高速公路,势必会造成建设投资高、回报率低以及生态破坏严重的结果。因此,本文从提升道路线形几何指标、减少横向干扰和增加超车机会的角度,对川西高原双车道公路高速化技术展开研究,在符合区域道路建设条件的基础上实现快速安全运行的高速化目标。本文结合四川西部高原公路建设特点,提出了高速化的目标;从运行速度和安全角度,分析了高速化影响因素,提出了双车道公路高速化技术措施。通过分析高原环境对人、车、路的影响,基于汽车理论和动力学原理,建立了路线几何指标计算模型,提出了不同海拔下双车道公路高速化关键几何指标推荐值。通过对接入口间距影响因素的分析,基于交通工程学建立了接入口间距计算模型,提出了双车道公路接入口最小间距推荐值;通过对平交口安全视距和交通组织方式的研究,构建了满足超车视距的平交口间距模型,提出了平交口最小间距推荐值;根据双车道公路车辆运行特征,确定了接入口和平交口最小间距;从控制路侧开口间距的角度提出了路侧干扰控制技术。根据双车道公路高速化超车需求,结合交通流理论确定了不同交通量下超车路段占比。从超车安全角度,提出了川西高原地区利用对向车道超车的道路线形和交通量条件;基于交通仿真和理论分析,分别研究了爬坡车道、超车车道和2+1公路的设置条件、设置形式和几何参数。从双车道公路安全设计、交通安全措施和服务设施配置标准等方面研究了川西高原双车道公路高速化安全保障技术。本文研究成果为川西高原双车道公路高速化提供了理论支持和技术参考,有力推动了四川高原山区高速化公路的规划建设,也给其它地广人稀、交通量小和地形困难的高原地区高速化公路的建设提供了参考。

【Abstract】 This paper relies on the science and technology project of Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation—Technical standards for high-speed highways in plateau and mountainous areas.The western plateau of Sichuan has the characteristics of sparsely populated land,small traffic volume,fragile environment,and high investment pressure.If highways are constructed in accordance with existing standards,they will inevitably result in high construction investment,low rate of return,and serious ecological damage.Therefore,from the perspective of improving road alignment geometry,reducing lateral interference,and increasing overtaking opportunities,this paper studies the high-speed technology of two-lane highway in the Western Sichuan Plateau,and achieves the goal of rapid and safe operation on the basis of regional road construction conditions.Based on the characteristics of highway construction on the western plateau of Sichuan,this paper puts forward the goal of high-speed;from the perspective of operating speed and safety,the factors affecting high-speed are analyzed,and technical measures for high-speed of two-lane highway are proposed.By analyzing the influence of plateau environment on people,vehicles and roads,based on automobile theory and dynamic principles,a calculation model of route geometric indicators is established,and recommended values of key geometric indicators for high-speed of two-lane highway at different altitudes are proposed.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the distance between access points,a calculation model for the distance between access points is established based on traffic engineering,and the recommended value of the minimum distance between two-lane highway access is proposed;through the research on the safety sight distance of intersections and the way of traffic organization,it is constructed to meet the requirements.A intersection distance model for overtaking sight distance,proposed the minimum distance between intersections;according to the operating characteristics of twolane highway vehicles,the minimum distance between access and intersections was determined;roadside interference control technology was proposed from the perspective of controlling the distance between roadside openings.According to the high-speed overtaking demand of the two-lane highway,combined with the traffic flow theory,the proportion of overtaking sections under different traffic volumes is determined.From the perspective of overtaking safety,the road alignment and traffic volume conditions for overtaking in the opposite lane in the Western Sichuan Plateau are put forward.Based on traffic simulation and theoretical analysis,the setting conditions,setting forms and geometric parameters of climbing lane,overtaking lane and 2+1 highway are studied respectively.From the aspects of safety design of two-lane roads,traffic safety measures and service facility configuration standards,the high-speed safety assurance technology of two-lane roads on the Western Sichuan Plateau has been studied.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support and technical reference for the high-speed of two-lane highway in Western Sichuan Plateau,effectively promote the planning and construction of high-speed highway in Sichuan plateau mountainous area,and also provide reference for the construction of high-speed highway in other plateau areas with sparse land,small traffic volume and difficult terrain.
