【摘要】 在当今的互联网时代,信息技术已经成为推动企业乃至社会发展的关键因素。数据中心作为信息技术的重要载体,其发展和创新的速度也在不断加快。面对高速发展所带来的竞争与挑战,如何以业务为导向,以技术为依托,构建数据中心一体化运维架构,实现优势资源的整合,正在成为行业发展的方向。在这过程中,知识愈发成为组织取得竞争优势的关键因素。如何管理好组织中的知识资源,构建完善的知识体系,平衡组织中的知识供应,加快组织中的知识创造,使知识切实转化成组织发展的动能,成为了重要的课题。本文以Z局数据中心机房运维部门的知识管理优化为研究对象,首先分析了组织中关于知识收集、分享、整合、利用和治理方面的主要问题,深入剖析了问题产生的原因,并使用社会网络分析法对组织中的咨询关系进行测度。然后以知识使用率和知识缺失产生的影响为判断依据,建立了知识分级体系。最后以知识管理理论、SECI模型为参考,以知识分级为指引,设计了包含促进知识转移与转化、平衡知识供应、将知识管理嵌入业务、建立知识管理平台,以及治理体系建设在内的完整优化方案,并介绍了方案的实施情况。本文希望通过上述优化方案的实施,提升组织中的知识管理水平,使知识更好地指导业务的开展,进而提高运维部门的业务响应速度,促进部门间更广泛的协作,获得更多的项目和系统参与度,最终为保证信息系统的高可用性,实现一体化运维战略和可持续发展助力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s Internet era,information technology has become a crucial factor to promote the development of enterprise and society.Data center as an important carrier of information technology,its development and innovation speed is also accelerating.Facing the competition and challenges brought by the rapid development,how to build the integrated operation and maintenance architecture of data center and realize the integration of superior resources with the guidance of business and the support of technology is becoming the development direction of the industry.In this process,knowledge has increasingly become a key factor for organizations to gain competitive advantage.How to manage the knowledge resources in the organizattion,construct a perfect knowledge chain,balance the knowledge supply in the organization accelerate the knowledge creation in the organization,and make the knowledge into the kinetic enerrgy of the organization development,has become an important topic.This paper takes the knowledge management optimization of the operation and maintenance department of bureau Z’s data center as the research object Firstly,it analyzes the main problems of knowledge collection,sharing,integration,utilization and governance in the organization,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and uses social network analysis to measure the consulting relationship in the organization.Secondly,this paper takes the knowledge utilization rate and the influence of knowledge deficiency as the judging basis and constructs the knowledge grading system.Finally,based on knowledge management theory and SECI model,and guided by knowledge classification,this paper designs a complete optimization scheme including promoting knowledge transfer and transformation,balancing wledge supply,embedding knowledge management into,business,establishing knowledge management platform,and building governance system,and introduces the implementation of the scheme,Through the implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper hopes to improve the business response speed of the operational maintenance department,promote more collaboration between departments and obtain more project or system participation,so as to ensure the high availability of the information system,realize the integrated operation and maintenance strategy and promote the sustainable development of the organization.更多还原
