TL钢铁集团有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济的迅猛发展,钢材需求量的大幅度提升为钢铁企业注入新的活力。近年来,国家对钢铁行业进行整合和调整,形成新的钢铁产业格局,钢铁行业竞争更为激烈,钢铁企业的发展战略规划对于提高企业核心竞争力,实现长效发展具有重要意义。对于重组钢铁集团重新制定发展战略,应对国家经济增速放缓和钢铁企业竞争激烈压力,具有重要的现实意义和一定的借鉴意义。本文以天津市重组钢铁集团TL钢铁集团有限公司为例进行发展战略研究,以解决TL钢铁集团组织运营效率低、产能低、产品同质化程度高、产品差异化不足等问题为研究目标,展开系统研究。首先,对选题背景和钢铁企业战略发展研究现状进行梳理,在研究国内外相关理论成果和大量实例的基础上,展开对TL钢铁集团公司的战略研究。其次,综合运用PEST理论、波特五力模型对TL钢铁集团公司的宏观环境和行业环境进行分析,同时运用SWOT分析方法深入分析TL钢铁集团公司在重组之后的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,为制定发展战略提出基础。再次,结合集团公司状况分析TL钢铁集团公司的发展战略,综合得出以纵向一体化战略、国际化战略和差异化战略相结合。最后,从调整组织结构、加强财务管理、提高人力效能、重视信息收集、加强成本管理和营销管理、提高顾客满意度、构建风险体系等方面,为TL钢铁集团发展战略实施提供保障,增强集团公司的执行力,确保集团制定的发展战略稳健、高效、健康的实施,最终实现成为国内钢铁企业十强的发展目标。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the global economy,steel demand for the substantial increase of steel enterprises into new vitality.In recent years,the state has integrated and adjusted the iron and steel industry,forming a new pattern of the iron and steel industry.The competition in the steel industry is more fierce.It has important practical significance and certain reference significance for reorganizing steel group to reformulate development strategy,coping with national economic slowdown and fierce competition pressure of steel enterprises.In this paper,TL iron & steel group co.,ltd.of Tianjin restructuring iron & steel group co.,ltd.is taken as an example to carry out development strategy research,aiming at solving the problems of TL iron & steel group,such as low organization and operation efficiency,low production capacity,high degree of product homogeneity and insufficient product differentiation,etc.,and carrying out systematic research.Firstly,this paper reviews the background of the topic and the research status of strategic development of iron and steel enterprises.Based on the research of relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad and a large number of examples,this paper conducts a strategic research on TL iron and steel group company.Secondly,it comprehensively USES PEST theory and porter’s five forces model to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of TL steel group.Meanwhile,it USES SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of TL steel group after the restructuring,and puts forward the foundation for the development strategy.Thirdly,The development strategy of TL Iron and Steel Group company was analyzed based on the situation of the group company,and it was concluded that vertical integration strategy,internationalization strategy and differentiation strategy were combined.Finally,from adjusting organization structure,strengthen financial management,increase the efficiency of the human,attaches great importance to the information collection,strengthening cost management and marketing management,improve customer satisfaction,build risk system,etc.,to provide security to TL steel group development strategy implementation,strengthen execution group company,to ensure that the group to formulate the development strategy of steady,high efficiency,the implementation of the health,eventually become the nation’s top ten iron and steel enterprise development goals.
