【摘要】 国内外专家学者对教师专业发展这一论题的研究很多,但是现阶段鲜有针对高中日语教师专业发展的研究。随着国际化、“一带一路”、新课程改革等一系列政治、经济、文化政策的深入推进,高考日语学科在高考外语六门科目中的地位和作用愈发重要,那么作为中等日语教育发展中坚力量的高中日语教师也应该发挥更加重要的作用。教师专业发展是提高教育水平、保证教育均衡发展的基础,因此加强对高中日语教师专业发展的研究更具有紧迫性。为探究高中日语教师的专业发展,本研究采用质性分析的方法,首先根据高中日语学科特点采用文献分析法总结出高中日语教师专业发展的素质结构,为案例研究提供参照标准;而后以S省W高中为案例,以该校日语教师为研究对象,同时与日语教师专业发展密切相关的行政领导、日语班班主任、日语班学生等也参与其中,对多个群体进行访谈并辅之课堂观察来进行研究。最终研究发现:一,S省W高中日语教师的专业发展水平偏低;二,影响高中日语教师专业发展的因素既包括教师主观方面的因素,也包括政策、学科、学校等客观环境方面的因素,而且由于当前高中日语教育发展现状,客观因素对教师的专业发展影响更甚。最后,基于现状调查及结果分析,尽管当前的客观环境不利于高中日语教师的专业发展,更要求教师要发挥主观能动性来实现自身的专业发展,同时政府和学校也应该积极作为,为日语教师专业发展提供更加高效、便捷的客观条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the topic of teachers’ professional development,but there is little research on the professional development of senior high school Japanese teachers at this stage.With the internationalization,one belt,one road,and a series of political,economic and cultural policies,the status and role of Japanese subjects in the six subjects of the college entrance examination will become more and more important.Teachers’ professional development is the basis to improve the level of education and ensure the balanced development of education.Therefore,it is more urgent to strengthen the research on the professional development of Japanese teachers in senior high school.In order to explore the professional development of Japanese teachers in senior high school,the qualitative analysis method is adopted in this study.Firstly,according to the characteristics of Japanese subject in senior high school,the quality structure of Japanese teachers’ professional development in senior high school is summarized,which provides reference standard for case study.Then,taking w high school in S Province as the case,the research object is Japanese teachers,which is closely related to the professional development of Japanese teachers’ administrative leaders,Japanese class teachers,Japanese class students and so on also participated in the study,and conducted interviews with a number of groups,supplemented by classroom observation.The final research finds that:(1)the professional development level of Japanese teachers in W senior high school in S Province is low;(2)the factors influencing the professional development of Japanese teachers in senior high school include not only subjective factors of teachers,but also factors of objective environment such as policies,disciplines and schools.Moreover,due to the current situation of Japanese education development in senior high schools,objective factors have a greater impact on Teachers’ professional development.Finally,based on the current investigation and analysis of the results,although the current objective environment is not conducive to the professional development of Japanese teachers in senior high schools,teachers are required to play their subjective initiative to achieve their own professional development.At the same time,government and schools should also actively act to provide more efficient and convenient objective conditions for Japanese teachers’ professional development.更多还原
