【摘要】 当前,全球大数据正进入加速发展阶段,应用创新和技术产业不断达到新高度。经济在“大数据驱动”的发展下,数据已然成为一种新的生产资料。大数据时代下,数据资产作为一种新兴的无形资产,已成为企业的重要战略资源,但是数据资产的研究仍然处于初始阶段。目前,还没有完善的数据资产评估体系。针对上述情况,本文提出了一种数据资产价值评估模型(DAVM),该模型基于对影响数据资产的因素进行分析,构建了一个多级层次指标评估体系,本文结合熵权法和层次分析法的特点,提出一种熵权-层次分析法确定数据资产评估指标权重,引入模糊综合评价模型,建立基于数据成本和数据应用的多级模糊关系矩阵,最后采用相乘求和型模糊合成算子对模糊关系矩阵和指标权重矩阵进行计算得到数据资产评估结果,实现数据资产评估结果的量化分析。并将数据资产价值评估模型(DAVM)应用于H公司研发中心,结果表明了该方法的优势,验证了该方法的有效性。数据资产价值评估模型(DAVM)帮助公司筛选有效的数据资产,提升数据集的活性和质量,保障公司数据资产增值。数据是企业最宝贵的资产之一,但是如果缺乏行之有效的管理手段,数据也可能成为一种负债,所以需要完善的管理框架。基于此本文提出一种数据资产管理框架,包括数据资产管理体系和数据资产技术人才储备体系两个部分。该框架可以为企业提供可靠、高质量和有价值的数据,降低开发和运维的成本,帮助企业控制风险和提供更明智有效的数据决策支持,并保障企业持续健康发展的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,global big data is going through an accelerated stage of development,and applied innovation and technology industries are constantly reaching new heights.In the mode of data-driven economic development,data has become a new means of production.In the era of big data,data asset,as an emerging intangible asset,has become an important strategic resource for enterprises.As an emerging intangible asset,data assets are still in their infancy.At present,there is no perfect data asset appraisal system.According to the above situation,this thesis proposes a data asset valuation model(DAVM),the model based on the analysis of the factors that affect data assets,builds a multilevel hierarchy index evaluation system,and using the proposed entropy-analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine index weight,the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the cost data and data application of multilevel fuzzy relationship matrix,finally USES the fuzzy synthesis operator of fuzzy relation matrix multiplication summation type and index weight matrix to calculate data assets assessment results,implement the data assets assessment results of quantitative analysis.In addition,the data asset valuation model(DAVM)was applied to the R&D center of H company.The data asset valuation model(DAVM)helps companies to select effective data assets,improve the activity and quality of data sets,and ensure the appreciation of data assets.Data is one of the most valuable assets of an enterprise,but if there is no effective management method,data may also become a li ability,so a perfect management framework is needed.Based on this situation,this thesis proposes a data asset management framework,including data asset management system and data asset technology talent reserve system.This framework can provide enterprises with reliable,high-quality and valuable data,reduce the cost of development and operation,help enterprises control risks and provide more intelligent and effective data decision support,and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.更多还原
