【摘要】 伟大实践孕育伟大精神,伟大精神推动伟大事业。在近百年的光辉历程中,中国共产党带领中国人民在革命、建设和改革的伟大实践中凝聚了具有丰富精神内涵和鲜明民族特点的革命精神。站在新的历史起点上,如何赓续和弘扬革命精神是我国需要深刻思考的重要问题。高校肩负着立德树人的根本使命,必须将思想政治教育放在至关重要的位置。革命精神以其丰厚的教育价值和传承的迫切需要,应当且可以融入高校思想政治教育中。文章运用文献研究法、历史与逻辑相统一法等多种研究方法,通过综合分析革命精神融入高校思想政治教育的现实困境及其成因,试图探索出行之有效的融入新路径。中国共产党革命精神与高校思想政治教育在目标任务、基础条件、基本内容等方面具有耦合性。革命精神融入高校思想政治教育不仅是增强高校思想政治教育实效性的应有之义,而且是促进当代大学生成长发展的精神动力,还是传承中国共产党革命精神的重要途径。但是就当前高校革命精神教育的实际效果来看,与预期目标存在差距,出现了大学生认同感低的客体困境、教育者感召力不足的主体困境、教育内容和方式不丰富的介体困境、精神弘扬和宣传氛围欠缺的环体困境,为革命精神有效融入高校思想政治教育留下很大的完善空间。追根溯源地剖析出困境是由多元社会思潮的现实挑战、大学生精神需求及价值观念呈现新特点、高校革命精神教育的工作落实不到位和长效机制不健全所导致的。鉴于此,以明确原则为驱动力、以丰富方式为主抓手、以优化环境为推动力、以完善机制为保障力,通过整合多方资源,合力并行,推动革命精神有效融入高校思想政治教育真正实现。丰富和创新革命精神融入高校思想政治教育的有效路径,有利于为新时代接续弘扬中国共产党革命精神、整体提升高校思想政治教育精准性以及实现高校立德树人根本使命提供理论依据和实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great practice generates great sprite and great sprite promotes the great business.In the past hundred years of glorious history,the CPC has led the people to have revolution,construction and reform,which is a great practice filled with the revolutionary spirit with rich spiritual connotation and distinct national characteristics.Standing in a new historical starting point,how to continue and carry forward the revolutionary spirit is an important problem that needs deep consideration in China.Universities and colleges shoulder the basic mission to cultivate people by virtue,so the ideological and political education is put in an important position.Revolutionary sprite should be integrated with ideological and political education in universities for the rich educational value and urgent need of inheritance.With the application of such methods as literature research,the unity of history and logic and others,the paper tries to explore the feasible new approach of the integrating by analyzing the actual dilemma and triggers of integrating revolutionary sprite into the ideological and political education in universities.There is coupling between the revolutionary spirit of the CPC and ideological and political education in universities in the target mission,basic condition and basic content.Integrating revolutionary sprite into the ideological and political education in universities would not only enhance the significance of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in universities,and it would be a spiritual power to promote the growth and development of contemporary university students.And it is also critical approach to continue the revolutionary spirit of the CPC.However,seen form the actual effect of the current revolutionary spirit education in universities,there is still a gap between the expected target,such as objective dilemma of university students’ low sense of identity,the subject dilemma of educators’ insufficient charisma,the intermediary dilemma of insufficient educational content and methods,the ring dilemma of lack of spiritual promotion and publicity atmosphere,which leaves a lot of room for the improvement of the effective integrating revolutionary sprite into the revolutionary spirit education in colleges and universities.The dilemmas could be ultimately attributed to the realistic challenge of pluralistic social thoughts,the new characteristics of college Students’ spiritual needs and values,the inadequate implementation of revolutionary spiritual education in colleges and universities and the imperfect long-term mechanism.On the view of these,with the clear principle as motivation,enriching method as main grip,improving environment as promoter and the improving mechanism as protection,the effective integration of the revolutionary spirit into the ideological and political education in universities could be promoted by integrating multiple resources and working together in parallel.The enrichment and innovation of the integrating revolutionary sprite into the ideological and political education in universities is good for the new era to continue to carry forward the revolutionary sprite of the CPC.It would also provide theoretical evidences and practice reference for improving the accuracy of the ideological and political education in universities and realizing the basic mission of universities to cultivate people by virtue.更多还原
