【摘要】 在高校建设呈现持续增长态势的背景下,针对老校区中的旧建筑及其环境的再利用成为建筑学领域关注的热点。西南民族大学太平园校区建成至今已有六十余年,保留有建校前留存的营房以及其他旧建筑。然而,整体校园面临空间布局单一、场所记忆流失等问题,需要进行适度的改扩建以满足使用需求。本文以西南民族大学太平园校区为研究对象,以理论研究、相关案例分析与太平园校区现状调研为基础,提出太平园校区改扩建设计策略与设计方案,并总结设计经验。首先,通过对当下老校区改扩建现状、规划与建筑再利用相关文献、校园改扩建发展历程以及老校区旧建筑价值认知等研究背景的阐述,明确研究内容与研究方法。其次,以太平园校区改扩建设计相关的理论为基础,以价值认知与建筑现象学为依据,建构了包含空间布局、场所重塑以及技术支持三个主要方面的改扩建设计策略框架。此外,选取以老校区中旧建筑及其环境的、再利用相关案例进行分析与设计经验的总结。同时,通过对西南民族大学太平园校区历史沿革、现状建筑与环境等方面的调查与分析,明确改扩建所面临的主要问题以及改扩建设计目标与指导思想。最后,在上述研究的基础上提出了太平园校区改扩建设计策略,并对设计方案进行分析。设计策略包含外部空间布局、建筑空间布局、空间形式表达以及相关技术支撑四大方面,设计内容从外部空间的整合、旧建筑空间的整合、航空限高下新建筑设计、环境场所重塑以及相关技术运用五个方面进行分析阐述。总结老校区旧建筑及其环境再利用的设计经验以期为相似案例提供参考,并进行反思与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the continuous growth of university construction,the reuse of the old buildings and their environment in the old campus has become a hot topic in the field of architecture.The Tai Ping Yuan campus of Southwest Minzu University has been built for more than 60 years.There are barracks and other old buildings left before the construction of the University.However,the whole campus is faced with problems such as single space layout and loss of place memory,so it is necessary to carry out appropriate reconstruction and expansion to meet the needs of use.Taking The Tai Ping Yuan campus of Southwest Minzu University as the research object,based on theoretical research,relevant case analysis and current situation investigation of taipingyuan campus,this paper puts forward the design strategy and scheme of taipingyuan campus reconstruction and expansion,and summarizes the design experienceFirst of all,through the current situation of the old campus reconstruction and expansion,planning and building reuse related literature,the development process of campus reconstruction and expansion and the old campus building value cognition and other research background,the research content and research methods are clarified.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of the reconstruction and expansion design of The Tai Ping Yuan campus,and based on the value cognition and architectural phenomenology,this paper constructs the reconstruction and expansion design strategy framework including three main aspects of space layout,site remodeling and technical support.In addition,this paper selects the old campus buildings and their environment,reuse related cases for analysis and design experience summary.At the same time,through the investigation and analysis of the historical evolution,current situation,architecture and environment of The Tai Ping Yuan campus,the main problems faced by the reconstruction and expansion,as well as the design objectives and guiding ideology of the reconstruction and expansion are clarified.Last but not least,on the basis of the above research,the paper puts forward the design strategy of The Tai Ping Yuan campus reconstruction and expansion,and analyzes the design scheme.The design strategy includes four aspects: external space layout,architectural space layout,space form expression and related technical support.The design content is analyzed and elaborated from five aspects: the integration of external space,the integration of old architectural space,the new architectural design under aviation height limit,the remodeling of environmental places and the application of related technologies.This paper summarizes the design experience of old buildings and environmental reuse in the old campus,in order to provide reference for similar cases,and to reflect and prospect.更多还原
