【摘要】 受经济增速放缓、清洁能源替代作用增强、环保治理力度不断加大等影响下,我国的煤炭需求量势必将逐步萎缩,对于以煤炭中转为主的河北港口集团,为确保企业生存发展与盈利的需要,在现有业务模式的基础上积极探讨港口煤炭物流服务模式转型,不断拓展港口服务项目与内容,强化煤炭物流链上下游的合作关系,具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。首先,本文阐述了论题的研究意义,在阅读了众多国内外学者文献的基础上对港口物流及物流服务供应链管理的相关理论进行了概述,为优化河北港口集团的煤炭物流服务提供理论参考与依据。其次,介绍了河港集团的现状及优势,然后结合河港集团的现有的煤炭物流服务明确的指出了河港集团存在港口竞争力下降、因煤炭吞吐量不断下滑导致盈利能力不足及客户服务水平有待提高等问题,总结分析原因主要为:业务模式单一、上下游协同不够及缺少综合的信息化平台三个方面。再次,结合供应链管理理论提出了优化煤炭物流服务的原则和思路,通过增加订单业务、提供信息增值服务、供应链金融等服务项目,建立供应链协同战略联盟加强上下游客户合作,打造物流信息平台以保证供应链内各企业信息共享的举措,从而不断完善和优化河港集团煤炭物流服务。最后,为保证物流服务优化的顺利实施,从完善内部管理、强化上下游合作争取政策支持、加大技术设备保障等方面提出了相应的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Affected by the slowdown of economic growth,the enhanced role of clean energy substitution,and the increasing efforts of environmental protection,China’s coal demand is bound to gradually shrink.For Hebei Port Group,which mainly focuses on coal transfer,in order to ensure the survival,development and profitability of the enterprise,on the basis of the existing business model,we actively explore the transformation of port coal logistics service mode,and constantly expand the port It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to strengthen the cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the coal logistics chain.First,this paper expounds the significance of the research,summarizes the related theories of port logistics and logistics service supply chain management in many domestic and foreign scholars’ literature,and provides theoretical reference and basis for optimizing the coal logistics service of Hebei Port Group.Secondly,it introduces the current situation and advantages of Hebei Port Group,and then combined with the existing coal logistics services of Hebei Port Group,it clearly points out that there are some problems in Hebei Port Group,such as the decline of port competitiveness,the lack of profitability due to the continuous decline of coal throughput,and the need to improve customer service level.There are three aspects of the information platform.The main reasons are summarized and analyzed as follows: single business model,insufficient upstream and downstream collaboration,and lack of comprehensive cooperation.Thirdly,combined with the theory of supply chain management,the paper puts forward the principles and ideas of optimizing the coal logistics service.By increasing the order business,providing information value-added services,supply chain finance and other services,it establishes the supply chain collaborative strategic alliance,strengthens the cooperation between upstream and downstream customers,and creates the logistics information platform to ensure the information sharing of enterprises in the supply chain,so as to improve and optimize the coal logistics service of Hebei Port Group Logistics services.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of logistics service optimization,the corresponding specific measures are put forward from the aspects of improving internal management,strengthening upstream and downstream cooperation,striving for policy support,and increasing technical equipment support.更多还原
