【摘要】 伴随当前社会经济及科学技术的持续发展,高职院校所采用的传统行政管理模式已经无法适应实际工作的需求,尤其是在教育现代化背景下,高职院校更加应该创新行政管理模式,从而提升高职院校行政效能,促进高职院校各方面行政管理活动能够达到预期效果。在教育现代化背景下,云计算、大数据、物联网以及人工智能技术得以全面的应用于当前管理工作之中,这是时代发展的潮流,也是管理工作的大势所趋,在教育现代化背景下对高职院校行政效能提升的问题研究已经成为高职院校行政管理工作的核心任务。但从目前高职院校行政效能的现状来看,其存在的种种问题使得高职院校行政管理工作不容乐观。本研究主要采用问卷调查法和访谈法对N学院行政效能方面存在的主要问题进行探讨,旨在分析政府在提升高职院校行政效能中所发挥的主要作用,结果显示:当前N学院行政效能存在的主要问题包括管理理念相对滞后、现有管理技术效率低下、院校机构设置过于僵化、管理人员的服务意识较弱、监管工作质量和效率低下以及绩效考核效果差六个主要问题,同时对这些问题产生的原因作出分析,根据N学院行政效能存在的问题及原因,制定优化提升高职院校行政效能的路径和对策,包括对N学院行政管理理念进行更新、教育现代化的全面应用、人员素质能力强化、优化行政管理机构的职责职能、完善监管机制和绩效考核机制等,通过对这些对策的实施以促进N学院行政效能问题合理有效的解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of social economy,science and technology,the traditional administrative mode adopted by higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the needs of practical work,especially in the context of the Education modernization.Higher vocational colleges should innovate the administrative management mode in order to improve the administrative efficiency and promote all aspects of administrative activities which can achieve the desired results.Under the background of the Education modernization,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence technology can be fully applied to the current management work,which is the trend of the development of the times and the trend of management.However,from the current situation of administrative efficiency in higher vocational colleges,its existing problems make the administrative work of higher vocational colleges not optimistic.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview method to dig and analyses the main problems existing in the administrative efficiency of N college.Based on the research,the main problems existing in the administrative efficiency of the N college include6 aspects which are the management concept is relatively lagging,existing management technology is inefficient,institutional settings are too rigid,managers’ sense of service is weak,the quality and efficiency of supervision is low,the effect of performance appraisal is poor.According to the problems and reasons of the administrative efficiency of the N college,the thesis is to formulate ways and countermeasures to optimize and improve the administrative efficiency of higher vocational colleges,including updating the administrative management concept of N colleges,comprehensive application of the Education modernization,strengthening the quality and ability of personnel,optimizing the duties and functions of administrative institutions,perfecting the supervision mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism,etc.更多还原
