【摘要】 近年来融资租赁行业在我国发展迅速,经过近三十的发展无论是从业务总量还是从企业数量上来看中国的融资租赁市场已经是仅次于美国的全球第二大市场。但在宏观经济增速放缓、行业监管政策趋严和新冠疫情冲击等多重不利因素影响下,我国融资租赁行业出现增速放缓、风险频发等问题。A融资租赁公司虽然作为陕西省的行业龙头企业,但内部管理、市场定位、业务开拓等方面存在诸多问题。因此,多维度展现A融资租赁公司竞争力不足之处并提出针对性的提升措施,对公司未来发展具有重大意义。论文以提升A融资租赁公司竞争力为研究目的,通过分析该公司内外部竞争环境,识别A融资租赁公司竞争力的优势与劣势及其面临的机遇和威胁,进而提出提升A融资租赁公司竞争力的措施。为此,论文运用比较研究法、调查研究法、案例分析法,在借鉴国内外关于企业竞争力提升相关研究成果的基础上,紧密结合A融资租赁公司实际情况,综合采用定性与定量分析方法,通过分析该公司内外部竞争环境,精准评价A融资租赁公司竞争力现状,有针对性地提出竞争力提升对策和保障措施。通过深入分析,本文的研究得到以下相关结论,第一,A融资租赁公司虽已发展成为本省行业龙头,但仔细分析企业经营实际,公司的竞争力依然存在一些问题,如主营业务单一、市场范围狭窄、市场反应能力缓慢、信息化建设落后等。第二,对融资租赁行业环境与竞争对手的分析显示,A融资租赁公司在陕西省融资租赁企业中竞争力较强,但与全国行业内的优秀企业比较,竞争力相对较弱,无论是业务规模还是盈利能力跟国内行业龙头相比差距很大。第三,A融资租赁公司提升竞争力的总体思路是坚持市场化、专业化、差异化发展道路,重点任务是以创新为导向,提供优质产品与服务;以市场为导向,提升品牌竞争能力;以客户为导向,提升客户服务水平。可采取的举措有:加快产品与业务多元化发展、加快业务范围的全国化布局、增强市场快速响应能力、提升信息化运营能力。具体的保障措施为制度的完善、资金的保障、团队的打造和风险的防控。希望论文给出的竞争力提升对策和保障措施,有助于A融资租赁公司的治理不断完善,在后期发展中逐步走出陕西省,成为全国融资租赁公司十强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the financial leasing industry has developed rapidly in China.After nearly 30 years of development,whether from the total business volume or the number of enterprises,Chinese financial leasing market has been the second largest market in the world after the United States,in terms of the total business volume and the number of enterprises.However,under the influence of many adverse factors,such as the slowdown of macroeconomic growth,the tightening of industry supervision policy and the impact of the new crown epidemic,the growth rate of China’s financial leasing industry is slowing down and the risk is frequent.Although A financial leasing company is the leading enterprise in Shaanxi Province,there are many problems in internal management,market positioning,business development and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to the future development of A financial leasing company to show the shortcomings of the competitiveness of A financial leasing company and put forward targeted promotion measures.The purpose of this paper is to enhance the competitiveness of A company,through analyzing the internal and external competitive environment of the company,to identify the advantages and disadvantages of A financial leasing company and the opportunities and threats they face.Then put forward the measures to enhance the competitiveness of A financial leasing company.To this end,the paper uses comparative research,investigation and case analysis,on the basis of domestic and foreign related research results on the promotion of enterprise competitiveness,closely combined with the actual situation of A financial leasing company,comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Through the analysis of the company’s internal and external competitive environment,to accurate evaluate A financial leasing company competitiveness status,targeted competitiveness promotion countermeasures and safeguards.Through in-depth analysis,the following relevant conclusions are obtained: First,although the A financial leasing company has developed into the leading industry in this province,it still has some problems in the competitiveness of the company,such as single main business,market scope narrow,market response slow,and ability of information construction still backward.Second,the analysis of the environment and competitors of the financial leasing industry shows that A financial leasing company is more competitive in financial leasing enterprises only in Shaanxi Province,but compared with the excellent enterprises in the national industry,the competitiveness is relatively weak.in both business scale and profitability compared.Third,the overall idea of A financial leasing company to enhance their competitiveness is to adhere to the road of market-oriented,professional and differentiated development,with the key task of innovation-oriented,providing quality products and services;market-oriented,enhancing brand competitiveness;customer-oriented,Improve customer service level.The measures that can be taken are: speeding up the diversified development of products and business,speeding up the national layout of business scope,enhancing the ability of rapid response to the market,and enhancing the ability of information operation.Specific safeguard measures for the above improvement are the improvement of system,the guarantee of funds,team building and risk prevention&control.I hope that the countermeasures and safeguard measures given in this paper will help to improve the governance of A financial leasing company,step by step out of Shaanxi Province in the later development,and become one of the top ten financial leasing companies in China.更多还原
