中航信服务云平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Aisino Information Service Cloud Platform

【摘要】 在互联网的时代,互联网信息技术在各个领域都得到了深化的应用。各类企业开始探索“互联网+”模式。以服务行业中的涉税服务企业为例,随着市场竞争日益激烈和政策的变化,现有系统运维服务利润逐渐下滑,如何实现“互联网+”模式下的业务转型成为了该类企业的关注点。以四川航天信息有限公司为例,该企业主要从事四川省“金税工程”增值税防伪税控系统运维和公安旅馆业治安管理系统运维服务。半垄断的业务性质让企业过于依赖政府政策,随着减税降费政策的进一步实施,该企业面临严峻的生存和发展问题。该企业也通过购买CRM、EPR等管理软件用以挖掘现有客户需求,实现市场化转型,但因项目实施困难,无法完全符合企业需求。针对上述情况,本文通过对四川航天信息有限公司的实地调研与需求分析后,提出了以软件工程为思想的中航信服务云平台解决方案,将互联网与企业传统业务如何融合作为本文的研究方向。本文研究并完成了中航信服务云平台的需求分析与系统实现,具体为通过深入了解该企业现有业务流程和客户资源,编写需求分析文档。在系统实现阶段,利用需求分析文档对系统进行概要设计与详细设计。通过查询国内外资料,可知目前大部分类似规模系统大多数采用容器化、分布式架构,鉴于业务特性、运营成本等因素,中航信服务云平台系统硬件底层使用虚拟化技术将CPU、内存、存储、网络等硬件资源虚拟化,使用Kubernetes框架技术对容器进行管理,使用数字证书RSA非对称加密技术对数据进行加密通讯,后台系统使用Spring cloud框架同时采用了Oracle Rac、WPF等技术。服务云平台总体架构为基础设施层、平台服务层、应用服务层、公安接入层、银联支付层和外部接入层。系统功能设计有增值税发票开票、申报纳税、发票管理、开票打印一键定位、开票数据云备份、开票数据一键恢复、宾馆入住人信息比对报警、金融贷款、银联线上支付等模块。采用V模式对系统设计开发的所有环节进行测试,以验证系统功能和性能满足需求。本文是基于软件工程思想,围绕中航信服务云平台系统的设计与实现进行分析和探讨,为四川航天信息有限公司业务提升奠定了基础,在四川航天信息有限公司转型和业务拓展上具有重大的研究意义和推广价值。

【Abstract】 In the era of Internet,Internet information technology has been deeply applied in various fields.Various enterprises began to explore the "Internet plus" mode.Take the tax service enterprises in the service industry as an example,with the increasingly fierce market competition and policy changes,the profit and loss of the existing system operation and maintenance services are gradually declining.How to achieve the "Internet plus" mode of business transformation has become the concern of this kind of enterprises.Taking Sichuan Aision Co.,Ltd.as an example,the enterprise is mainly engaged in the operation and maintenance of the value-added tax anti-counterfeiting tax control system of Sichuan "Golden Tax Project" and the public security management system of public security hotel industry.With the further implementation of the tax reduction policy,the enterprise is facing severe problems of survival and development.The enterprise also purchases CRM,EPR and other management software to tap the existing customer needs and realize market-oriented transformation.However,due to the difficulties in project implementation,it can not fully meet the needs of the enterprise.In view of the above situation,this thesis puts forward the solution of Aisino information service cloud platform based on the idea of software engineering after the field research and demand analysis of Sichuan Aision Co.,Ltd.,and takes the integration of Internet and traditional business as the research direction of this thesis.This thesis studies and completes the requirement analysis and system implementation of Aisino information service cloud platform.Specifically,through in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s existing business processes and customer resources,it compiles the requirement analysis document.In the system implementation phase,the requirement analysis document is used to design the system.According to the information at home and abroad,most of the similar scale systems adopt containerized and distributed architecture.In view of the business characteristics,operating costs and other factors,the hardware bottom layer of Aisino information service cloud platform uses virtualization technology to virtualize CPU,memory,storage,network and other hardware resources,and uses kubernetes framework technology to manage the containers,The digital certificate RSA asymmetric encryption technology is used to encrypt the data communication.The background system uses spring cloud framework and Oracle RAC,WPF and other technologies.The overall architecture of service cloud platform includes infrastructure layer,platform service layer,application service layer,public security access layer,Union Pay payment layer and external access layer.The function of the system includes value-added tax invoice,tax declaration,invoice management,one click location of invoice printing,cloud backup of invoice data,one click recovery of invoice data,information comparison alarm of hotel residents,financial loan,online payment of Union Pay,etc.V mode is used to test all aspects of the system design and development to verify that the system function and performance meet the requirements.Based on the idea of software engineering,this thesis analyzes and discusses the design and implementation of China Aisino Information Service cloud platform system,which lays the foundation for the business improvement of Sichuan Aisino Co.,Ltd.,and has great research significance and promotion value in the transformation and business development of Sichuan Aisino Co.,Ltd.
