高速公路隧道消防工程安全管理与评价研究

【摘要】 高速公路是人类社会不断发展的产物,高速公路的诞生对提升社会的运转效率和人们群众的生活水平有着重要的作用和价值。众所周知,现代化高速公路的建设工程,由于各项程序复杂、多项工序交叉,使得工程建设过程中发生安全事故的可能性较大,因而对于施工安全的管理要求也较高。作为高速公路建设这一整体复杂性的系统建设工程中的重要环节,高速公路隧道消防工程的安全管理更是重中之重。所以,探讨高速公路隧道消防工程安全管理与评价问题,实现把安全事故降到最低,是当前急需解决的问题。论文运用文献分析、案例分析和实地调研等研究方法,在阐述高速公路隧道消防工程安全管理理论相关知识的基础上,以云南武倘寻高速公路隧道消防工程为研究对象,在全面梳理分析其安全管理现状、影响因素后,科学建立评价指标体系并对其安全管理进行了系统地评价,继而提出了加强安全管理的意见和建议。作者经过分析,认为施工环境、施工设备、从业人员、管理水平等因素,是高速公路隧道消防工程安全管理中最主要的几类影响因素。作者在论文的研究中,基于这四类因素设计评价指标体系,对云南武倘寻高速公路隧道消防工程的安全管理进行评价和分析,发现其中的不足,并针对性从优化工程环境、提升人员素质、加强工程设备养护、完善安全管理体系、健全消防工程设计、编制工程应急预案等方面,提出了加强安全管理的建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Highway is the product of the continuous development of human society.The birth of Expressway plays an important role and value in improving the efficiency of the society and the living standard of the people.As we all know,the construction of modern expressway,because of the complexity of various procedures and the intersection of various processes,makes the possibility of safety accidents in the construction process of the project is relatively high,so the management requirements for construction safety are also high.As an important part of the whole complex system construction project of expressway construction,the safety management of the fire protection project of highway tunnel is the most important.Therefore,it is urgent to discuss the safety management and evaluation of highway tunnel fire protection project and to minimize the safety accidents.In this paper,the author,using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and field investigation,expounds the relevant knowledge of the safety management theory of highway tunnel fire protection engineering,takes the fire protection project of Wutangxun expressway as the research object,and after analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of safety management,the author establishes the evaluation index system scientifically and analyzes its safety management.The paper makes a systematic evaluation,and then puts forward the suggestions and suggestions for strengthening the safety management.The author thinks that the factors such as environment,material equipment,participants and specific management are the main factors in the safety management of highway tunnel fire protection project.In this paper,based on the four factors,the author designs the evaluation index system,evaluates and analyzes the safety management of the tunnel fire protection project of Wutangxun expressway,and finds out the shortcomings.The author also aims at optimizing the engineering environment,improving the personnel quality,strengthening the maintenance of engineering equipment,perfecting the safety management system,perfecting the design of fire engineering,and compiling the emergency response of the project in the aspect of plan,the paper puts forward the suggestion and countermeasure to strengthen the safety management.更多还原
