【摘要】 教育关乎国家未来和发展大计,也是提高人口素质的重要手段,对于发展贫困地区的教育更是意义重大,扶贫更扶志,重视职高学生的资助是贫困地区脱贫攻坚的关键。我国将于2020年消除贫困问题,本文基于中国西部乌蒙山区深度贫困地区的相关数据,分析精准扶贫政策中针对职业高中学生的财政补贴政策对贫困地区青少年生活质量的影响。本文通过统计分析来研究西部贫困地区的财政补贴政策对青少年生活质量的影响。结果表明,西部贫困地区的财政补贴政策对青少年的生活质量有显著影响。主要得到以下结论:(1)生活补助对青少年的整体生活质量、社交功能有显著正向影响;(2)雨露计划对青少年的整体生活质量、生理功能及社交功能有显著正向影响;(3)救助基金对青少年的整体生活质量及其四个维度有显著正向影响;(4)免学费对青少年的整体生活质量及生理功能、情感功能、学校表现有显著正向影响;(5)助学金对青少年的整体生活质量及其四个维度有显著正向影响;(6)脱贫情况越好,越有利于青少年生活质量的提高。具体而言,青少年的整体生活质量较好,但情感功能和学校表现有待提高。尽管在回归分析中发现了各项财政补贴政策对青少年的整体生活质量及各个维度都存在显著正向影响,但是各项财政补贴政策的拟合系数并不高,表明财政补贴政策对青少年生活质量影响比较小。为了更好地提高贫困地区青少年的生活质量,除了在精准扶贫政策中进行直接的财政补贴以外,还需要更多其他方式的介入。该研究结论为贫困地区青少年开展社会工作实务介入以提高其生活质量提供了实证研究数据。基于此,本文将从青少年社会工作视角提出实务介入,以便更好地提升贫困地区青少年的生活质量:一是开展个案和小组等介入青少年问题。二是基于社会工作专业理念,在精准扶贫中协助精准识别贫困对象,提高扶贫效益。本文的创新点主要表现为采用问卷收集的原始数据,分析精准扶贫中的财政补贴政策对青少年生活质量的影响,发现了财政补贴政策在提高贫困地区青少年生活质量中的正向积极作用;同时也发现财政补贴政策仅仅是提高贫困地区青少年生活质量非常小的因素,为青少年社会工作介入贫困地区青少年生活质量的实务干预提供了实证研究证据。当然,本文也存在一些不足,具体表现为样本选取的学校分布不够广泛;研究结论的适用具有范围性和阶段性的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education is the future of country,and is also an important way to enhance the populace diathesis.It is fundamental to education in poverty-stricken district.Poverty relief is more supportive,and paying attention to the poverty relief of professional high school students is the key to overcome poverty.China is devoted to realize throw off poverty in 2020.Based on the relevant data of the deeply impoverished areas in Wumeng Mountain in western China,this paper analyzes the impact of financial subsidies for vocational high school students in the precise aid to the poor police about the quality of life of teenagers.Through analyzing found that the financial support has great impact on the quality for young.As follows,in point of physio function,financial support is good for youth sound in body and mind.In point of emotion function,the more funding,the more likely they were to be satisfied with love and belonging.Spending more money on social functions means having more money at their disposal,which can boost their confidence in interacting with peers.In terms of school performance,fiscal sustain assist pupil from needy families finish school and add power.However,financial support alone has little impact on teenagers’ quality of life,so it ought to unite other methods to boost their lives quality.In this study will from Youth Social Work Practice,there are two things: the comprehensive use of psychosocial treatment,through case work and team work to increase your self-worth and the sense of belonging for teenagers.更多还原
